[Link sets down his plate and cup as he takes a seat on the bench across from Red. His smile is amicable.]

Have you been acclimating to everything all right?

Well enough, I'd say. Everything here is so different than what I'm used to.

But in a good way.

Did you find it easy to adjust?

[Link sits back on the bench, tipping his head slightly to the side.]

Adjusting wasn't too bad. Though I may have been caught up in the excitement of it all. I had never seen the ocean, before I came here.

Besides, we have no choice but to adapt, in the end.

I think I can manage to do that.

I used to be a singer, and I knew very little when it came to fighting and combat.

But here I am.

[A singer who cannot talk? Or... a singer who can no longer talk? A bit of pity flashes across Link's face for a moment. It already sounds like a sad story.]

We can get you caught up in no time. Have you any experience at all?

[Red freezes momentarily at the mention of "experience". She had some, that much was true. But... her experience in fighting were all tied to the Transistor.

She tries to brush it off, hoping that she didn't raise any suspicion just now.]

The only weapon I've used was a type of two-handed sword. But I wasn't able to bring it with me.

[Link doesn't break stride for a moment. He tips his head, expression still amicable.]

We could get you outfitted with one, if you would be most comfortable fighting with it.

[She gives it some thought, thinking about previous circumstances.]

To be honest, I don't know what I would feel most comfortable with.

The two-handed sword was all I had available to me at the time.

[She hadn't been in a position to be picky.]

Would you have any recommendations?

[Link shrugs.]

Not really, since I have not seen you fight. How about trying out a variety from what we have sitting around the ship, and finding a preference?

That could be worth trying.

I know I would like to try a sword that I could use with just one hand.

Actually, I do have a one handed short sword in my cabin that I am not currently using, if you would like to give it a try.

[He's been using the Master Sword since the younger Link's departure.]
