Draco Apparates up to the crow's nest, taking the sniper up there completely by surprise. One disarming charm and a quick swish and flick later, and he's got the gun in his hand while he levitates the man out over the water to drop him into the ocean.
There really aren't that many more, though, and what with the way Sting is White Dragon Roaring all over the place, this ship isn't going to last much longer anyway. Draco's not too worried about hanging around to finish off the stragglers, seeing as how the pirates have got more pressing things to worry about due to the damage the three of them of are delivering. They can probably take their leave now.
