The first thing he became aware of was some kind of voice talking inside his mind. That alone would have been alarming on its own, but before he had a chance to wonder if he had finally gone mad, a sharp pain ran through his body, as was to be expected when one smashed head-first into solid stone.

"GBEH!"

Letting out a scream of both pain and frustration, the white-haired man jolted upright, massaging his scalp. The ringing in his ears wasn't quite gone yet, making it difficult to focus on anything, but he slowly forced his eyes open and found himself facing what appeared to be some kind of fountain -- in other words, his landing place.

"Oww... Goddammit, Rabbit! If you're gonna randomly kidnap people, at least make sure the landing is--"

He suddenly stopped mid-sentence, only now realizing that something was off. Taking a better look at the surroundings, Ragna quickly realized two things: first, wherever he was certainly wasn't Ikaruga, and second, the vampire he had just accused of kidnapping him was nowhere to be seen. Instead, some people were standing in the distance, staring at the Grim Reaper (his tantrum must have been quite a show), but quickly turning around and walking away once they realized he'd noticed them.

"... Hey, bunny-leech? If this is supposed to be some kinda joke, it sure ain't funny."

Still no answer. It wasn't like Rachel to miss a chance to make fun of Ragna's misfortune, which only made the whole situation more suspicious. After a moment of waiting that brought no further development, he was ready to believe the aforementioned "rabbit" had nothing to do with his... displacement, let's call it.

Which, in all honesty, meant going from bad to worse.

Ragna let out a deep sigh, glaring in the direction where the people who had previously passed him went. Some voices were coming from there, so at least he wasn't alone. For someone else, that might have been good news, but the man just continued to grumble under his nose.

"Great. Now what?"

Figuring he might as well look for a way back to where he had come from, he headed towards the nearby market.
