[She shakes her head.] No, I mean there's a difference between attacking for self defence and just plain attacking an innocent. Although if the one who attacked in the first place is innocent it would get confusing.

[She already knows what a pirates life is like. She had the scars to prove it too.]

I know what the life is like, I've been here four months now and I've gone though a lot. The life is a hard one, true, but at the same time I still keep up my hope and my light. I still think of the positive even after I was once captured and whipped. It sucked but, it still taught me a thing or two. About what the Navy was like and about myself and how weak I truly believed myself to be.

[She rubbed her arm lightly.]

But no matter what, even as a pirate I still have morals I wouldn't let go for anything and one of those is to never hurt someone who doesn't deserve it.
