Warnings: None, it's just a meeting of girls whop don't swear, drink or do anything cool.

[Musa had called for a meeting, the shard safely hidden and safe. Sitting down on a barrel on deck, Musa was just thinking over again and again what was needed to be discussed. At the same time she needed to ask what else should be discussed with the others. Once she felt satisfied she had everything in order in her mind, she just waited till they arrived.

When she sees them she looks up.]

Alright. Now we have all gathered we'll start discussing business. Firstly, I think while not as important as the other topic, we really need someone to represent us when the new arrivals come and try and get new members to join. Secondly, we need to discuss the shard. it's safely hidden for now, but it's important to think about it and think of what to do. Lastly, anything you feel needs to be said, please say so now and we'll have it in the discussion.

Well, seeing as I'm probably one of the few that's came here, returned and came back, maybe I should? Then again, speeches isn't my forte.

I don't think you'd need much of a speech. Just say a few good things about the ship and see what happens.

[She assumed that would be enough, given that's what she normally did, or tried the past few months with very little success.]

Even looking at how other crews go for recruiting there isn't much to do besides what Musa said.

[She doesn't bother to offer herself as a representative, for several reasons, she still doesn't even think she really should be on the ship to begin with. But when the fortress began crumbling everything happened too fast and after that... She has just... Tried to not even think of anything.]

I wouldn't say that we have a shard, though, just having one doesn't seem to mean much regarding returning home faster. And announcing it could make others want to target us since we're a small crew. But it should be said that we don't pillage or anything like that, it may make a difference.

[Or maybe not, honestly she's not very sure of herself lately, but she can't just stand around like a ghost. Or keep moping about Ciel not being there.]

[Musa crossed her arms, being a small crew had a huge disadvantage to most of the other bigger crews and to come can make it seem more intimidating, but Musa knew there were also advantages to being a much smaller group when it came to bonds of friendship.]

Just being kind could be enough to get people to join, or take pity, whichever works. But I think we could also slide in advantages of being part of a smaller crew compared to the much larger ones. Like bonding is much easier for example.
