SPADE PIRATES ALL UP IN HURRRRRR!!!
Who: THE SPADES! (AND MAYBE HOWLING SABERS? IF WE DECIDE TO HAVE A FIGHT? IDK!!!)
Where: EN ROUTE TO HEARTLESS ISLAND! ALSO ISLAND SHENANIGANS!!!
When: 7/6 TO 7/12!!!!
What: COLLECT 'EM ALL BEFORE YOUR FRENEMIES DO! ALSO BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!
Warnings: SPADE PIRATES! SRSLY!!!!
Style: WHATEVER
Status: OPEN!!!
Y'ALL KNOW THE DRILL! DATE YO THREADS! DO SHIT! HAVE FUN!
HAVE COPYPASTA ABOUT HEARTLESS ISLAND!!!!
Heartless Island (Southwest): The officiant here seems scared out of his mind. He has hidden the token near the waterfall, but you will have to fight a hoard of the island's native dark creatures who have become inexplicably aggressive.
♦ HEARTLESS ISLAND
[Distance from Isla Empieza]: 2-5 days (depending on weather conditions).
[Terrain]: Lots of sand when they first touch ground. About fifteen minutes in there are some scattered trees. Another five minutes in the trees (which are suddenly covered in strangely thick moss that eerily looks similar to these creatures) are getting too thick to continue further. If they can manage to maneuver further in, there's an incredibly beautiful waterfall in the dead center of the island (with a huge cave behind it)! There's something compelling about the waterfall, though there isn't a visible way to actually get behind it.
Maybe with a bit of searching, it'll be possible to figure out.
[Weather]: Nice and sunny 99% of the time, but susceptible to extreme downpours—the kind where they can barely see a foot in front of their faces. These can last anywhere from thirty minutes to several days. Once every few months, there's a massive hurricane that blows through that's super deadly to be caught in within ten miles of the island.
[Is the island inhabited?]: Just typical forest wildlife, thousands of strange, black creatures, and ghosts. Lots and lots of ghosts that aren't shy to make their presence known.
There are hints that there once was a very large civilization, though (rundown buildings, houses, etc)!
[If so, what is the culture like here?]: Kind of... lifeless?
[Island peculiarities]: (The creatures are not quite like the ones that anyone from the Kingdom Heart's fandom has seen.) When the crew first arrives, the creatures are not at all fast or aggressive. They will, however, attack if provoked (in other words, if they are approached quickly). Not to mention, they will more than likely come after anyone lingering too long in the area (usually more than thirty seconds in one spot). Don't bother trying to kill them all, since the ones slain can re-spawn.
(To put it simply: the character kills thirty-eight...that very same amount returns after a period of five minutes.)
IF THEY DECIDE TO STICK AROUND TO GET BEHIND THE WATERFALL:
Linger on the island for more than a day: The creatures become slightly stronger.
More than 3 days: The creatures suddenly increase in number by 50%.
Up to a week: What appears to be shadowy forms of the crew members will take the place of the creatures...and the crew will literally be chased off the island by the creatures, as well as the now angry spirits of the previous inhabitants.
If the whatever is behind the waterfall is worth it, though, go for it.
ALSO DON'T FORGET THE CRAZY WEATHER!!!!

For you, babydoll. Not quite your thing but as close as I could find to it.
[inside are a bunch of, what could be termed as, pinup mags. All drawn of course, and there are a few mermaids in the bunch that don't hold a candle to mermaids at home-- but any port in a storm]

Well shit, nice cultured boy like me ain't gonna say no t' a bit a literature. Sheheheh! Thanks Thatch!
[He loosely wraps them back up in the paper so they won't get ruined before he can get them back to his (Marco's) room, then wraps his arm over Thatch's shoulders.]
Trust y' previewed it t' make sure it's good, eh? Sheheheh!

[When she spots Namur alone for a moment, she gives him a whistle (that kind that says 'Hey girl, yous looking good in dat dress' only... more Haruta like. if his attention is caught, she'll crook a finger at her. If it's not, she'll go tackle him a moment later.]

[One year Marco will ACTUALLY surprise Namur with something different. This is not that year.]
Catchall For Selphie! All Dates!~
At first, Selphie thought the reason she hadn't seen Aya around was because they were both busy at the festivities, and having fun. But she quickly realised, when she tried to find him, that he'd disappeared. So very late on the 5th/very early on the 6th, Selphie could be found in the galley with a bottle of rum at her side, doing her best to drink as much as she could before she got too depressed or upset. Drinking was what adults did to make things better, wasn't it?
B. 8th July onwards
After a day spent sulking in bed, Selphie brings herself back out on the Moon to take up her cleaning duties. She's not doing them with as much enthusiasm as she usually would. In fact, she can spend rather a long time in the one spot, going over and over again. And there's none of the usual singing or whistling. Just moping and mopping around.
7/5-7/6...laaate at night!
He's still a little relieved too see Selphie in here this late at night, though, rather than the pirate chef. And he doesn't notice right away that she's drinking, instead offering her a smile as he steps into the galley.]
Hey. Great minds think alike in the middle of the night, huh?
Sneaky food thief!
Shhhhh!

Nami Catchall
[Normally, Nami would be okay with any rain the ship might get, but not when she keeps having having to take out falling cabbages and... smaller... cabbages? Whatever, the point is, she needs to not have them in her pool.
Like, at all.]
7/10 - Onward
[Having made her way on to the island proper, Nami joins in the search for the token.] Though it's getting harder and harder to make their way through. [Dumb trees, why did there have to be so many?]
Maybe we should find another way before more of those things show up.
All Dates
[What's with that loud noise outside on the deck, whatever it may be it's certainly taking Crocker out of reading his book!]
DO YOU MIND! I'M TRYING TO READ! WHAT'S WITH ALL THIS RACKET?!
7/7 onwards
[Who's the guy laughing like a manic about the fact that's it's raining vegetables? Guessed, right! This loony!]
[Otherwise, Crocker can be found spooked to the point of looking paler than normal.]
Whyyy - did I not invent gghoooosttt huntttiinng equipment back home? WE'RE ALL DOOMED!
[After all these guns, knives and swords are useless against the paranormal.]

Rose Catchall! 7/6 - 7/12
[Still not the most social person around, she mostly keeps to herself as she works prepping food. Though, during the veggie downpour, one may catch a curse from her from time to time if one of the larger vegetables come close to hitting her. She's not even going to bother exclaim how strange the weather. At this point it was just plain annoying with almost being knocked out.
[Later in the week she will be helping with retrieving the token from the island.]
no subject
She's already got quite a number of vegetables in her arms, about ready to put them away.]
Can you hand me that over there?
[Nami asks, pointing at the carrots by the woman's feet.]
