The start of the race had been far from ideal as far as Faye was concerned. A whole load of damage done, Grell gone, and it was a wonder that more of them weren't hurt. While sailing, Faye can be found doing a variety of things.
A. Being Lazy She is the best at this, after all. And if there's peace enough for her to look after her skin, then she's going to be doing that. So she can be found in her room, flicking through magazines she grabbed before they set off, maybe experimenting with new hair styles. Something thoroughly useful anyway.
B. Actually Doing Somethings - Cannons The cannons were their best bet when they set off before, so she was doing what she could to keep them in order, make sure they would work efficiently when they need them to. This was useful, at least.
c. Other Stuff Maybe in the galley, maybe doing training, maybe watching other people do useful stuff, maybe needing a drink of rum, come have your character bother Faye any way you like.
