The frustrating thing was that if it hadn't been for Kodachi's charming pyromaniac temper tantrum, they might have been able to accomplish this with little trouble. True, a group of citizens throwing rice wasn't exactly high up on the list of things Hawke feared, and even if they did call for the Navy a bit of straightforward fighting would almost be welcome to her after days and days of confused adjusting to this new place.
