*As he kisses her in such a way, Selphie feels herself go genuinely weak at the knees. It feels as though her body has melted away and all that is left is this kiss. She sighs gently through the kiss, a sure sign of just how good it feels. To keep herself steady, her hands hold tighter to him, one at the small of his back, the other at his belt, pulling their hips together. She has no other thoughts and feelings - only Ikki, and the incredible way he is making her feel. For all she is enjoying the kiss, there's a fiery impatience inside her too, moaning gently for more.

When he breaks the kiss, Selphie half opens her eyes, glsncing up at Ikki through her lashes. She feels a little breathless, smiling as he kisses her cheek, but hoping that their evening is far from over. That much is made clear when she feels his mouth against her neck and she moans into the night air. Her hands clutch at him, one snaking up his back. She feels his Cosmos, amazed to know how badly she's wanted and needed, and aware of jist how much she returns those feelings*

[Electricity runs up and down his body with the sounds she makes, a groan of impatience of his own responding to her moans.

He should stop. He should stop and just bring her back to the ship, to one of their rooms and lock the door. But he's not sure he can get that far right now. Not when he just wants to push her down now and take her there. It's not as if there's anyone else around, and with the flowers and all, the island is probably pretty debauched as it is.

Still he manages to tear himself away from her neck, just long enough to whisper in her ear.]

Should we try to return to the ship? Or we could just stay right here.

[Under the starry night sky, with the sound of the waves in the background... He knows nothing about romance but the setting should fit the idea in his opinion. Anyway, he returns to kissing and licking every patch of skin he can access at the moment, waiting for an answer if one ever comes.]

*Her reply takes a few moments, because she's struggling to ariculate anything. Right now, she's all feelings and senses. She tilts her head to allow him more access to her skin, licking her lips as she supresses another moan. Words aren't making sense to her - just the sound of his moans and his voice, the feeling of the weight of his body against hers, the delicious scent of him so close to her. Finally, though, she does her best to respond, opening her eyes again to gain their surroundings. Not too far is an outcropping of long tall grass, also shaded by some stone, as if the island was designed for situations like this - a private place that is reasonably comfortable*

Here. Over there...

*Honestly, she doesn't think they'll make it as far as the ship for now, not with the way she'sbreathing, chest heaving, almost panting in his arms and so utterly desperate for moreof him. All of him. She's calling the shots on being very greedy and selfish with him right now*

[The wait doesn't bother him, content as he is busying himself with her neck, adoring one side before turning and twisting to get to the other side. Eventually, he realizes that, maybe, his actions are making it difficult for her to answer, but it only causes him to chuckle against her throat, vibrating softly against her skin.

When she answers he's quite glad for it, he doubts they could get to the ship as well and with each passing moment that doubt becomes quite certain. He pauses for a moment, leaning back and away from her to check the place she was talking about.]

Perfect.

[With a smile, he returns to her lips, both hands moving down her body, caressing her back until they reach to her bottom. He takes just another moment to enjoy the feeling, clenching slightly her ass before he pushes up trying to get her to wrap her legs around his waist so he can carry her. There's no way he can pull apart from her long enough to get to the grass normally.]

*Selphie nods in agreement, her hands moving gradually round to his front, resting them on his waistband before snaking them up her body, fingers spreading to reach and touch the muscle of his stomach and chest. When he kisses her lips again, her hands move up to reach around his neck, holding herself to him tightly. She smirked through the kiss as she felt his hands behind her, and used this as an invitation to jump gently, wrapping her legs around his waist. Now that she has her hold on him and is closer to him, she takes the opportunity to nuzzled into his neck, her tongue and lips teasing the skin on his throat and reaching up towards his ear*

[He groans at her actions, humming in appreciation as he feels her teasing his skin. It makes it difficult to do anything else, or to remember to move to their chosen spot rather than just drop there and continue. It's definitively a trial for his patience and willpower.

Fortunately, Ikki manages to make his way to the grass, kneeling down slowly. He doesn't place her on the ground just yet, noticing how she ends on his lap in that position if she keeps her legs around his waist. They have barely done anything, but she must be able to feel how tight his pants are getting already. Tilting his head, he tries to catch her lips in another kiss before breaking apart with a smirk.]

I hope you're as energetic as always, it's going to be a long night.

[ooc: The night shall continue here]

[Of all the things his high stamina could come handy for... He never really expected this to be one of them, but he can't complain and it's not entirely his fault. It's really difficult to hold back when he's with someone as addictive as Selphie.

The sunrise surprises them in their chosen spot, finally sated and still awake. For now at least.]

Uh... Morning already?

[He hadn't really kept track of the time.]

*Selphie also seems completely unaware of how the time has passed. At least, she knows exactly what they were up to, and will remember it all well. But how it was that the sun was already rising amazes her. Snuggling her body close to Ikki's, she giggles at the thought*

Guess that's that saying... Time flies when you're having fun.

[There's a low rumble noise as he chuckles under his breath, turning to look back at Selphie. The small but visible smile on his face fades a bit as he looks at her, eyes falling on her neck and the couple of lovebites that she's sporting now.]

So... You had fun then? W-Was it good? Are you hurt anywhere?

[Because, now that the night is over and the effect of the pollen is starting to wear off, she may start to regret all this. Or realize how horrible he was and how little experience he has. Two previous nights don't really make one an expert after all.]

*The effects of the pollen might be wearing off, but the immense feelings of love and satisfaction are still very much lingering. She notices Ikki's concern and gently touches her neck where the skin is tender, but warm. She didn't feel pain there, or anywhere else, so she smiles reassuringly*

No. I'm not hurt.

*As she looks at Ikki now in the daylight, she holds herself to hin that little bit closer. Thinfs are different now, and she hopes too that Ikki isn't starting to regret their night together. She lifts a hand to place gently on his cheek as she looks him straight in the eye*

Ikki, it was...incredible. You made me feel so -

*She pauses, suddenly bashful, blushing as her mind thinks through the various things they did, and the intensity of feeling*

So...good.

*But in the emphasis she gives the word 'good' it's clear that this is a massive understatement of how she really feels*

[There's a soft sigh and his face relaxes obviously relieved by her words. He leans to her touch, smiling pleasantly and warmly when she says that it felt good. No, not good, "incredible". He chuckles again and takes her hand with his own to bring it to his lips.]

I'm glad to hear that... Though I'm afraid that it may just be because you didn't have high standards for that.

[Because, really, what are the chances of him being able to do something so great with so little experience? He leans forward again, capturing her lips in another deep kiss, the rhythm is slow though, not looking to start anything other than just showing some more love.]

I still can't believe I've been lucky enough to be your first after all. I'm sorry it took so long, Selphie. I wanted to do it long ago, but I just couldn't, and then I lost you definitively so I... Didn't try to get over it all so I could give you what you wanted.

*She flushes as he kisses her hand, even that simple gesture setting her heart rate going. It wasn't unusual for Selphie to feel all sorts of pleasant things around Ikki but now...she knew just how good they could feel together*

Oh but - it was...

*Selphie does say anything more, just returns the kiss, hoping to convey to him that no matter what standards she had, the evening would still have been nothing short of incredible*

I just...hope you didn't mind... I mean, that I've never - and...you say that you're lucky but I... I hope you really feel as though you had a good time too.

*She has no idea what is supposed to happen after a night like that - if she should suggest they go for breakfast, or if they just go their own ways and never talk about it again. For now, though, she is just desperately hoping that he enjoyed himself, even half as much as she did*

I mind it very much.

[He smirks, and it's painfully obvious that he's pretty much teasing as he gives her another deep kiss before he continues.]

I mind it very much, because it's exactly what I wanted. I wanted to be your first, so that you couldn't compare me to anyone else. So that you would think exactly how you're thinking now despite how little experience I've.

[Experience he didn't really want to have, even if he owes it one, because without those two previous nights he would have never dared to go to Selphie after all.]

If things had been a bit different and I had known about that flower, I would have made sure to be with you every night.

[And she gets another kiss that's followed by a rain of kisses across her face. He knows that they should get going, get breakfast and rest, but... He doesn't want to go yet. He wants to stay just a bit more, enjoying this, enjoying the after flow of being with her. Until the effects wear off and she pushes him away.]

*Her hearts leaps as he tells her that this was what he wanted - Selphie didn't want to think any other way. Mostly, she didn't want to leave feeling as though this had all happened just because he had randomly stumbled across her. As he kisses her again, she makes a whimpering moan that shows how pleased she is*

Though..I guess for the same thing... I wanted to be your first. It's...okay that I'm not but - I hope you can still think of tonight without you having to compare to anyone else...

*But then she is far too busy enjoying his kisses, giggling too, to be worrying abput anything at all. She was with Ikki, and he was kissing her, and that in itself was a kind of dream come true. Selphie holds herself close, a hand slowly moving down his arm, along the stretches of muscle*

It would be unfair to compare tonight to anyone else. They wouldn't stand a chance.

[More kisses as he caresses her hair with his free hand, the one that isn't supporting his weight over her to not crush her.]

I suppose I should apologize, for taking advantage of this all and looking for you on purpose. But I'm not sorry, so you'll have to deal with that.

*Selphie continues to gaze at Ikki more than happily, realising that she's never felt so loved and so wanted before. It's almost more than she can handle, and she communicates this with her kisses. At the last thing he says, Selphie puts on a pretty pout, clearly teasing right back at him*

Oh..I suppose I will have to deal with it. Deal with the fact that you've given me everything I've wanted for so long, that you've given me the most incredible night, that you make me feel so beautiful...so...worthy of being loved...

..yeah. I guess I'll just have to deal with it.

Considering how easily you miss how beautiful and precious you are... Oh, well, I won't mind if I have to remind you of all that again whenever you forget.

[He buries his face against her neck, breathing in her scent, now mixed with his own.]

You are absolutely sure that you're not hurting or anything, right? After all we... Did a lot of things so...

[She's not sore or anything, right? Though that may appear later.]

And what about you? Do you need help to be reminded of how gorgeous and wonderful you are? Or have ypu pretty much got that down okay?

*She bites her lip and giggles as she feels his face against her neck. At his last question, though, Selphie looks at him kindly, though she's blushing at how awkward she feels about explaining*

Oh - no. I'm fine. At first it was... a little uncomfortable but then... then it just felt good...

[Gorgeous and wonderful, she says. Does he really appear that way in her eyes? It makes him wonder, what does she really see, much like he wonders even now what did Shaka see in his eyes to say that he had pure eyes.]

Maybe I need a couple more lessons for that to sink... Would you help remind me that?

[Though he's not sure if he could hold her into her word right now... He still wants to hear an answer. Just in case there's a yes somewhere there, even if it's only due the pollen's leftover effects. Even if she comes to hate herself later because of this.]

[He will just think less of himself.]

*Selphie grins and moves her hand up his arm again, continuing to move her fingers over his neck, his cheek, and to reach up into his hair*

*She blushes when he asks if she's sure, and she glances over his shoulder for a moment*

I'm sure. I mean... it was my first time so...

*So she was sure that she didn't have to explain the result of that in too much detail*

M-mostly, though, it just felt... good...

That's good to know... I think I may be starting to become forgetful soon.

[He smiles, wide and warmly before moving to kiss her lips again. He should let go. They should go back to the ship. But he just can't get enough of her, not when she looks like that, not when that delicious blush comes to her cheeks. Or when she reminds him how it was her first time. He growls again, just like the night before, possessive and filled with desire.]

You sure are a test for a man's virtue... [There's a low chuckle as he nibbles her neck.] No wonder you managed to make me want this with just being there back then. I had never thought about it, I didn't even think I could ever want this.

[He didn't even believe that it could be something good, something that wouldn't leave her crying and suffering. He pushes himself up and takes a long and deep breath before looking at her.]

... I can't smell the pollen in the air anymore.

[He makes sure to look into her eyes before he continues.]

I love you, Selphie Tilmitt.

[And just to emphasize his point, he opens his Cosmos once more, letting her feel it all. To hell if it's unfair. To hell if it's cruel. This is the only way he can think of to try to stop hurting. Even if she still eventually rejects him because Aya is so much better and she realizes that... At least he won't have it all bottled up inside anymore, he has enough things bottled up inside after all.]

Oh dear... I wouldn't want you to forget...

*Selphie positively swoons into the kiss, barely able to believe that this was still happening. The night was over - they'd watched the sunrise to prove it, and yet here they still were. It all felt more incredible that she could have possibly imagined. Giving herself to Ikki like this was something she'd thought about many times, but she could never conjure up something as wonderful as this. Hearing him growl like that causes Selphie to grin widely, chuckling herself as she feels his lips against her neck. It is just such a thrill for her to hear him speak of her in such a way*

Then I hope...I hope I've helped you change your mind, then, about...wanting.

*The way he looks into her eyes, the way he lets her feel all of those emotions, it's like being surrounded and crushed by love. Selphie doesn't want to cry, and she is far from being sad, but her eyes glaze over with happy tears, tears of knowing that she's really truly loved. Not by anyone, but by Ikki. And while it might be very wrong, and while later she'll wonder if Ikki thinks less of her because of it, at that precise moment her whole body is screaming to tell him how she honestly feels, though even before she says anything, she knows that Ikki can probably feel how burning it is*

I love you too, Ikki.

You are the sole reason I started wanting. And you're the only one I want.

[In this or any other way. He had tried to let her go. To ignore it all and get over it, he took the chance to run away like a coward, sure that she would be happier that way. That he would be fine. He had made the mistake to think that, at the end of the day, his love for Selphie wasn't that different from his love for Shun or his brothers... From what he felt for Esmeralda. But it was, because he could let them all go, and even if Esmeralda's death wasn't what he had wanted, he had learned to live with it and the guilt. Yet, for some reason, he wasn't able to live with knowing he let Selphie go. Even after she found someone else.

There's a moment of hesitation, of surprise, when he notices her own feelings burning still, just like the previous night. Maybe it's still soon, maybe later in the day Selphie will hate herself for giving in to him, for allowing herself to be taken. Maybe she will hate him for stealing something so precious. But right now he doesn't want to think of that, right now she's still feeling that way, still loving him even after the pollen is gone. So he will enjoy it, at least until her love turns into hate later on.

So, for now, he just moves again for another kiss. Deep, slow and very long, until their lungs burn for the need of air. There's a sea of regret when he speaks again, mostly to try to convince himself.]

We should return to the ship and rest...

*With that, Selphie holds herself tightly to him, trying to feel as much of her body pressed against his as she could. That rush of feeling of being the only one he wants makes her feel excited, validated, and if she hadn't felt so very tired, she knew she'd do all in her power to communicate that with him.

As it was, she put that effort into the kiss instead, panting gently when he pulls away*

*For a moment she seemed confused, like she couldn't figure out what he meant, her thoughts so focused on other things*

Oh...the ship. Right! Uhm...yeah. I guess we probably should...

Ship.

[He smiles as he repeats it, laughing softly at how confused she was for a moment.]

Unless you want to tell Ace that we want to retire and just settle down here.

[It's just a joke, he has no wishes to stay on the island longer than necessary. Hell, he wouldn't have stayed more than one night if it depended on him... Though he can't really complain at the moment.]
