The Stargazer is a humble little sailboat, enough room for three and right now they're at maximum capacity with an extra guest. Who is stuck on board for a week. While Gambit expects the Princess and Rogue to get along real good - he's not so sure about how the next seven days will pan out. They'll just have to find out...

[Luna pauses in whatever she's doing.]

...would you prefer that? Magic-fueled wings are temporary, and terribly flimsy.

[Remy hesitates between 'wait you can do that?' and ' i was joking' before realizing she's serious.]

No, no! M'good.

[Wings don't sound as fun as floating.

... Or whatever he's going to do when she's done.]

Good. I do not trust those wings.

[And there! She's done. Gambit may feel slightly more floaty, but he's certainly not going to lift off the ground on his own power anytime soon.]

Though I will have to lift you up myself.

[Remy feels floaty and a little giggly. Like he's just eaten a lot of sugar and is literally going to start bouncing off the walls. Which he kind of starts to do, bouncing on the balls of his feet - waiting to see the clouds.]

[...Well it seems he's settled on a "nickname" for Luna. Does it count as a nickname if it's just the person's name in a different language?]

[Eyebrow raise at the nickname. She does not, as a rule, recieve nicknames. But okay...that's a friendly thing, right.]

[And up we go! She'll fly up with him, and drop him lightly on the cloud before landing there herself.]

[He doesn't so much mind the trip up there...it's when they've arrived that he has a momentary freak-out:

Remy shouts something in Cajun-French that isn't particularly nice or translatable as she drops him, his lizard-brain kicking in and saying 'CLOUD NOT GOOD FOR SOLID GROUND ABORT MISSION'.

But once his feet feel pressure underneath them he relaxes visibly and smiles real big because this?]

[There's a part of Luna that still thinks pegasus magic is pretty darn cool, and she prances in place a little gleefully.]

[He'll never admit to giggling but he is. This is a kind of freedom he's never gotten to experience before and it's...well, he could get addicted to this.]

Man, I could stay up here for hours.

[He wishes he could trade in his powers for flight. That would be pretty cool.]

You ought to be able to shape the clouds as well! Just do not squeeze them too tightly, there may be some stray electricity therein.

[The temptation to do just that and squeeze too tightly is great, but he manages to refrain - only just swipes his hand through the clouds before finding that he can indeed shape them.

He laughs happily and starts mindlessly packing it together tightly into a little ball.]
