Any day
Why are the ships so high up in the air? How the hell are they sailing through the air this high up? WHY THE HELL ARE THERE HUGE GAPING HOLES IN THE SHIPS???
Namur knows that logically, it makes no sense. But he sees them, clear as day. If people are below decks he sees them moving around- falling. Only to reappear a moment later on the other side of the hole. There's only a narrow walkway around the edge of the ship by the rails, and one going lengthwise across the middle of the ship. The rest? Gone. Open. And there aren't even Cloud Islands that are this high up.
So Namur will be carefully inching his way around the perimeter of either ship, or possibly doing a balancing act along the mid-line. He probably looks ridiculous, considering that the ships are all fully intact, and sailing calmly over the waves as usual. It's all in his head, after all.]

He goes up to the deck, prey of panic and anger because this just can't be happening. He had Shun in his arms. He was holding him firmly and close. He wouldn't let go. He had swore to himself he would never let go even if they cut both his arms. And Shun had been safe, had felt safe and secure in his arms, that's why he slept so peacefully, why he smiled despite everything else. So Shun has to be around, somewhere. And he is going to find him.
The five years old kid doesn't pay attention to the fishman as he runs towards the deck. Right to where there's nothing but a gaping hole waiting for him to fall through.]

I've got you, yoi. I won't let go.
[Terrible though it is, Marco is kind of amused that of all things that's what Namur fears most. Marco would have expected chains, or Marineford style things, or even other dangers from the New World, but it made sense. Powerlessness, right? Ironic. Marco wasn't his happiest underwater for obvious reasons, but because he had Namur, he didn't fear it. Losing Nami on the sky island probably doubly shook Namur up.]

OTA - Selphie is 4
*There's a little girl in yellow shorts and yellow tshirt, shuffling around the deck. She's gazing around the place with large, wide eyes, full of a combination between fear and awe. Everything is so big, and so unfamiliar. As she makes her way around the ship, down below, and up on deck, she eventually begins to grow very worried indeed. At various points around the ship she is tugging on a braid and wailing*
Mommyyyy?? Daaaddy??!
*The nightmare if being abandoned by her parents for the first time and being left all alone is suddenly very real for Selphie*
Other Days:
*If Selphie is excitable and energetic as a 19 year old, she's as busy as can possibly be as a 4 year old. Find her balancing on chairs to get to the snacks in the galley, or running races with herself around the ship, and if there are any shiny weapons lying around you can bet that Selphie has found them and trying to figure them out, or else she'll be singing and telling stories to anyone who will stand close enough to hear her. Sometimes, though, she'll remember that she's all alone, and then there's tears and wailing, staying awake at night too*
2nd day
Marco is way too damn cheerful for nightmares, and gloom running amok, but joke's on the rest of the world, Marco has gotten used to his recurring nightmares and worst fears realized because he lived it all, oops. In any case, the more pressure mounts for everyone else, the more Marco makes it his job to prove how unflappable he is, that way the others can live under his umbrella of forced normalcy.

Any day - Ikki looks like he's 5 and doesn't remember anyone
Shun. Isn't. Here.
He has no idea where "here" is, but that doesn't matter. What matters is that Shun isn't here. But he has to be. He has to be. He had him in his arms just a moment ago, didn't he? He was holding him tightly and Shun as asleep. He was peacefully asleep, smiling softly in his baby dreams despite all the shit they were going through.]
SHUN!!!
[Ikki screams as he throws sheets around, pillows, chairs... He looks between the sheets, under the pillows, under the bed, he looks in every piece of furniture and even presses his ear against the floor. Because Shun has to be there. He has to be somewhere. He had him in his arms. He didn't let him go. He would never let him go. Even as Pandora was doing that weird thing and his body hurt like never before.
He couldn't have let go of his brother. She couldn't have gotten him and sent Ikki somewhere far away where he can never find Shun again.
No. Of course, not. That's not how it should be. He was never going to let go of Shun. He was going to always be with him. He wouldn't be taken away. Ikki wouldn't be sent to be sold as a slave or whatever adults wanted. NO.
He doesn't know who is on this place. What this place is or how he got here. But he got here with Shun. He had to, and so those people must know where Shun is. And nothing is going to stop the five years old Ikki from finding Shun. He's not scared. He's not. And it's definitively not a mix of pure panic and anger what sounds in his voice as he screams while searching every corner of the place.]
WHERE IS MY BROTHER!!!!????

*Selphie is yelling at the top off her lungs too, but in between the yelling she can hear someone else*
Mommy?!
*They're shouting something back at her, her name - a word that begins with S anyway. And she runs straight to it, as fast as she can*

All Days
Seeing what seems like your friends and crewmates die in the most gruesome way possible and leaving one alone isn't very good for anyone's mental health. Though, of course, everything is just an illusion. But Asami doesn't know that and should anyone run into or approach her now, she'll only be able see them as dead]

[It's the second day when Korra stumbles (yes, stumbles, as in she's on her feet) toward Asami on The Moon. She's short of breath, her limbs are weak, and she's damn close to losing consciousness completely. She's barefoot, and there's a thick platinum chain wrapped around her arm. Look familiar?]
Asami!
[Korra's eyes flicker between the white light of the Avatar State and their everyday blue.]
Asami, I need to find Tenzin! Zaheer, he's-!
[She collapses against the deck railing with a painful grunt.]

First couple of days
The fear and anxiety from that night come rushing back, only this time it's worse. It's so much worse.
The herons. The ravens. His friends, his people. They're dead. Everywhere he looks, he can see them, dead, corpses, gone, and it's his fault. It has to be his fault. Where the hell was he when they had fallen? The people of his country counted on him to protect them from the curse and he failed. The last remaining herons were slaughtered while he had his back turned on them. Again.
Rafiel, Reyson -- Leanne. They're gone, too. They're all dead, and for what? What in the name of Ashera did they do to deserve this? Why did he fail to save her again?
Naesala is seeing his fellow countrymen, as well as the herons he knew and loved, as dead. His people from the curse placed upon him, and the herons from his own negligence. He's on deck, mostly in a state of shock, not wanting to process this. Glancing around quickly, working through fear and sadness and rage. If anyone approaches him, there's a good chance he is not going to be kind.]

First several days~
[Rose recognizes these men for she was the one who took their lives and she pales whenever they appear. The ghosts themselves will be calling her things like "Black Monster" or "Murder of the innocent" and claim they will not let her kill the Moon Child. They will try to attack her which she will dodge for the most part unless she notices another crew member around, which will make her falter some. Whatever these ghosts were saying, she did not want others to hear it.
[They will not try to attack anyone else. In fact the ghosts will act like they are trying to protect them from Rose.]

Except that orphanages don't have people in armor yelling at people and trying to attack them. The boy doesn't really listen to what those guys are saying, he doesn't care unless it's related to Shun. But he knows that the woman is a member of the ship, which the soldiers aren't, and that's more than enough to give Ikki a reason to act.
His choosen plan of action? Try to beat a guy with a pipe he has found somewhere. Because that's a solid plan that won't go wrong.]

second day
It started when Korra was sitting in her room. The sickening, heavy feeling in her limbs. The dizziness. Her fingertips and toes tingled into numbness. She hadn't even felt her legs in well over a month, how could they suddenly start to go numb now?
In her fear, it didn't dawn on Korra that this couldn't be real, that this was just an effect of the ghosts. The poison was gone. It was gone when Suyin pulled it from her body, just like it was gone ten minutes ago when she was idly patting Naga in her room.
Then why did she feel that trickling of energy through her body? The surge of heat behind her eyes, down her arms and legs... Korra knew what the Avatar State felt like, and she knew that she had to do something soon, or the poison was going to kill her.
She burst out of her room, a thick, platinum chain wrapped around her wrist and her hair hanging loose over her shoulders. She ran (ran?) through the ship, looking for somebody, anybody that could help her. Bright, white light flickered in and out of Korra's eyes as she searched frantically. Zaheer couldn't be far...

Selphie--! I told you not to go around swingin' doors open like that!
Any day/night
[As the days pass, however, it's becoming increasingly obvious that he's ending up in the minority. So he's pulling even later nights and earlier mornings to prepare for someone looking for something to knock themselves after waking up from bad dreams.]
no subject
And no matter what Marco and the others say, little Ikki is still far too scared to relax and forget his habits. So he remains awake and eventually tries to sneak into the galley. He doesn't know if he's allowed to, but he's not taking any chances. Of course, for all his sneakiness he's probably no match for an experienced pirate cook.]

First Couple of Days
But how did he get back here? Wasn't he just on the ship with the Spades?
It must be those fairies, right? Of course! Because this is Crocker's world so it must be because of them - FAIRIES!
Regardless, anyone passing by will hear thumps and if they are to open the door they'll see Crocker on the floor with his feet in the air and his arms tightly against his upper body and laughing like a loony bin.
Where is everyone? And more importantly, when is going to get out of here?
no subject
He hears the thumps coming from a closed room and for a moment he thinks that maybe it's Shun. Shun trying to escape, bumping around or something. So quickly the five years old kid goes to the door, standing on his toes to open the door and then...]
Huh... What?
[He can't help to stare at the adult man on the floor acting like that. What's with the people on this ship anyway?]

super late due hiatuses, sorry

first week of event
Well. It was plain things were happening to the others.
But what worried Rogue was the constant, very real, question: What is real?
Almost all of the people around her had to be real. They had to be who they said they were. But any one of them could be Mystique. One of them was Mystique. She'd heard that voice in the night, when she was half asleep. Talking to... someone else. Rogue hadn't heard who. Something about how she was settling in nicely, taking to everyone. How she was starting to relax.
Mystique was posing as one of them, gaining her trust that way. She didn't know who. And until she knew, she couldn't trust any of them. Not even Logan.
Still, the distress of the others is genuine. And she can't be seen to suspect anything. So, she keeps to her usual duties on the ship as well as trying to check up on the others when she can. She can't let it seem like anything is wrong.]
no subject
He doesn't accept it though, not easily. Not until he's sure he has checked every corner of the ship. Several times. Because they could be lying. Adults are all liars and he can't trust them, he must not trust them if he wasn't the leave out of there unharmed. And the ships are two, and big enough for anyone to hide a baby somewhere and move the baby around so Ikki couldn't find him. But sooner or later they will slip, the chance exists that they will think he is done checking somewhere and place Shun there, and then he will return there and find Shun. And then he will find a way out of the ships.
Maybe he should think about how to leave the ships more before he finds his brother, but Shun is his biggest priority. He regards the girl with wariness, when he sees her.]
... You too will say that my brother isn't here, right?
[He knows what she will say but he still has to ask. Maybe someone will actually be dumb enough to be honest.]
