Intro Log: April 2015

WELCOME NEW CHARACTERS!
Have an intro log for the month of April!

Who: Any and all new characters, as well as anyone hanging out on or around Isla Empieza!
Where: Near the fountain in the town center.
When: New characters will arrive around April 9th! The log is good for as long as you need it.
What: You've just been dropped on your head in a weird new world. Time to figure out what the heck is going on!
Status: VERY OPEN.

Spring has arrived in Empieza! The days are cool and occasional thunderstorms growl through the night. If the citizens of Empieza seem more anxious than usual, it's because of the pirates that aggressively roam the streets, hunting for fresh meat -- either for shanghaiing or sport. If you don't wish to be coerced to sail under the flag of Ammon the Bloody, it's best to stay out of their way.

Feel free to throw your characters here if you need a place for them to get situated and start figuring things out! Start new threads, tag into others, meet the people who might just become part of your crew! Older characters will be in and out, too, depending who is on the island at the current time.

If they became Nobodies like how you did then they probably became heartless. The heartless don't have any memories so that's why their Nobodies got them.

[Makes a thoughtful sound] Sora sounds boring. Be glad you're not him.

Sora must have become a heartless too, but I don't know what happened after that. I don't have his memories, not really. Some of them but...just in dreams...I don't know. It's weird. Very weird.

[He smiles a little.]

I am glad I'm not him. I'd rather be Roxas.

I probably have to get back to the ship soon. I don't think we're staying here very long, which is too bad. One time we came I got a room and slept in a real bed and everything for a couple of nights. It was great. [He sighs contently. Little things please Roxas like nothing else.]

If you get lonely or something, we can talk on the journals until we see each other again okay? I'll come visit if you want, too!

[Roxas kinda comes and goes.]

[Vanitas nods. He should be finding Shiki's ship]

Okay.

Hey, you wouldn't happen to know where Ventus is going, would you?

Right now? No idea.

[Roxas shakes his head.]

But I think he's coming on our ship with us. I asked him to. I would ask you too, but you found someone already.

Putting me and Ventus on the same ship is a bad idea.

Well it might be a bad idea for us too, I don't really know him that well yet.

[He shrugs helplessly.]

It's okay, you found a crew. If you didn't I'd be more worried, but you did so it's okay.

[His logic is infallible.]

[Vanitas isn't a liar, but he's not above planting suggestions in people's heads. He's seen Xehanort do it countless times. And did it to Ventus once, when he and Xehanort started their plan.]

Just be careful around him. He's strong. Stupid, but strong.

[Roxas is the type that is easily open to suggestion. His mind has been repeatedly touched and damaged, it isn't really his fault.]

I'll be careful. I'm usually careful.
