Intro Log: April 2015

WELCOME NEW CHARACTERS!
Have an intro log for the month of April!

Who: Any and all new characters, as well as anyone hanging out on or around Isla Empieza!
Where: Near the fountain in the town center.
When: New characters will arrive around April 9th! The log is good for as long as you need it.
What: You've just been dropped on your head in a weird new world. Time to figure out what the heck is going on!
Status: VERY OPEN.

Spring has arrived in Empieza! The days are cool and occasional thunderstorms growl through the night. If the citizens of Empieza seem more anxious than usual, it's because of the pirates that aggressively roam the streets, hunting for fresh meat -- either for shanghaiing or sport. If you don't wish to be coerced to sail under the flag of Ammon the Bloody, it's best to stay out of their way.

Feel free to throw your characters here if you need a place for them to get situated and start figuring things out! Start new threads, tag into others, meet the people who might just become part of your crew! Older characters will be in and out, too, depending who is on the island at the current time.

[Vanitas itched to summon his keyblade and just attack. He held back though. It was fun winding this guy up]

[He sighed, eyes narrowing on the punk before planting a hand on his hip and glancing to the side. Regardless of how he might feel about the character, there was at least some information to gleam from him. Perhaps.

Are you stupid? Its exactly as it says- find the ruby, put it together, get your wish. If your wish is to go home, than you get to go home.

Of course there's probably a catch of some sort. That's how magic items that are split work.

Yes, I'm the stupid one for question the faded garbage etched into the first stupid thing I see on this moronic island.

This thing even tells you that poem on the fountain is the reason is important, idiot. There's a catch obviously, and it's not the whole story, but it's obviously true.

Look at the facts; we show up there, the first page on this stupid book references it. It's all tied to the crystal.

[He shrugs] It's probably one giant scheme to get others to gather it for someone else, though.

[He pulls his out as well, feeling his patience grow even less, shaking it as though to say "yes, I have one too". Then he folds his arms back up. Judging you so hard right now]

Well, there's at least one thing we agree one. Someone is behind all of this. Including the mass duping of the gullible morons flocking to this place.

[Vanitas raised an eyebrow at him. He had, after all, suspected he had one too. Really, what is it with blonds and their low intelligence level. Roxas seemed to be the only exception.]

Well, have fun with that. I'm not going to waste any energy on it. I've had enough of my Master's machinations to last me a lifetime. I'm not interested helping someone else's convoluted scheme when I can do something that's much more fun.

[None of that was exactly to his liking. Masters and machinations never painted a pretty picture, especially not given the kinds of masters and their machinations Jin was used to. Though he showed no change on the surface, his regard for the other changed somewhat. Even a fool could be a threat.

Especially one off their leash.]
