Zoro was so focused on clearing out the Navy ships that he didn't even realize they had a new crew member right away. He caught on eventually, though, and at least said hi. After all, he had to make sure this guy didn't react too badly if and when he noticed the swordsman and the cook sharing a hammock in the men's cabin.

He watched Lyrik sweeping the deck while getting himself situated to start lifting, on that particular day, wondering. Zoro didn't know anything about him, hadn't really gotten to know him, so watching him actually do chores willingly was kind of surprising. He lowered the massive weights to the deck and watched him for a bit. "I'm not in your way, am I?" he asked as Lyrik passed him.
