4/26 I guess? xD
But at least Lyrik wasn't the sort to play it shy. While a little anxious and awkward, he was at the very least, persistent, a trait that followed through from his tasks back home. He took it upon himself to learn his way around the ship- which thankfully wasn't difficult because this happened to be of similar build to the Triton's Mistress.
He was quick to take on the responsibilities of chores as he saw them, a habit from home, apparently, and so it probably wouldn't be terribly unusual to find him either washing dishes in the galley or swabbing decks. One might even catch him using a bit of his water magic to help out, although not extensively, since there was nothing like a good bit of elbow grease to do the task, and Elle had taught him that it was best not to rely on magic for everything.
...and if Sanji allowed it, now that he was a little more settled in, Lyrik would prove to be an excellent hand in baking tasty and delicate little sweets fit for teatime!

He watched Lyrik sweeping the deck while getting himself situated to start lifting, on that particular day, wondering. Zoro didn't know anything about him, hadn't really gotten to know him, so watching him actually do chores willingly was kind of surprising. He lowered the massive weights to the deck and watched him for a bit. "I'm not in your way, am I?" he asked as Lyrik passed him.

While he'd seen the man around, there was something about him that was intimidating, but then that went for quite a few others aboard the ship. He didn't seem like such a bad guy though.
The young dragon smiled. It took him a moment to recall the name. "Ah, Mister Zoro, right?"

"What's this? Do we have a new member of the crew?"
no subject
"Ah, yes! The StrawHats were kind enough to let me join them. The captain and last of my original crew finally disappeared recently, you see..." He turned around, holding his mop aside as he gave her a polite bow. "I'm Lyrik. It's nice to meet you, miss...?"

5/3, closed to Luffy and Sanji
As of late, he's known that the cats are wild, deep down. As cute as they are (in the eye of the beholder), there's a wild streak to them that won't be tamed. Blue has taken to shredding paper if he can get his claws on it, to the point that journals have to be kept away from him. He is more socialized than his sister, but it's clear that he won't grow up to be a gentle pet who sits in laps and wants to be scritched - he likes to climb and prowl and play with anyone who looks prey-like. It's been six months since they were found, they're big enough and adult enough to take care of themselves, so it's time.
Zoro waits until after the crew has had their fill of dorking around on the island, exploring ruins, and so on, before undertaking this important task. He can't risk the cats coming back to the ship, so it has to be done right before they actually set sail. He only lets Luffy and Sanji know where he's going and what he's doing, in case they want to come along - Luffy, because he sees the cats as crew and has had to come to grips with leaving them for a while, now, and Sanji, because he's also grown attached to Blue and gave Zoro enough guff about setting them free. So the two of them will be allowed to accompany him into the jungle if they wish, but he'd prefer if the rest of the crew didn't. He'd go alone if those two didn't have such a connection with the cats.
Since arriving at the island, he's noticed the cats being keenly interested in the jungle, sniffing the air and watching the birds and the trees. He can tell they're excited, they recognize it. They seem to want to get off the ship. So when it's time, he lets them come with him, letting Blue ride his shoulder while his sister prowls timidly along behind him.]
...c'mon, guys. Let's do this.
no subject
Do you think they have family here?
no subject
He exhales a cloud of cigarette smoke as he follows after the other two.]
Wouldn't surprise me if they did. There's probably some kinda cat population on this island since they came from here.

After setting the cats free in their homeland....]
A, Sailing
[He's a lot more subdued, now, keeping his mourning private, but his training seems to have doubled in effort. Both his regular weight training (and one-finger pushups and upside-down railing situps and...) as well as his annuler training. The annuler isn't going so well, but he keeps his frustrations bottled up.]
B, Sakura Drift
[nobody warned him that the animals on this island didn't want to be eaten! Zoro could totally take them, that's not even a question, but there's something about an animal that turns on you, savagely, with teeth and claws and other defenses, when you try to hunt it. He'll leave them alone once they attack him. Looks like there won't be any fresh meat to be had here!
When not being chased by angry animals, Zoro is ambling around the island, available to be poked or walked with. The sakura reminds him of Drum and puts him in a melancholy yet peaceful mood, more conducive to deep conversations.]
Sailing, sailing, herpaderpaderp
[But she is aware of her own state, and working against it as best she can, which is why she has also suggested that her fellow martially-oriented crewmates try their hands in a spar with her, putting their strength against her magic so they can develop techniques to deal with less conventional battle. So it's easy to find her for something like that, if you want...]

Is it possible for magical items to alter or possess a person's mind, in your world?
[She has an unawakened shard in her hand, and fidgets with it almost without realizing she's doing so.]
no subject
[She answers without hesitation.]
They are very rare, though the magical spells that can do so are more common than one might think. The boundary between a spell and an item can be hazy, in fact.

OTA
Sailing-After leaving Gamboller's she's going to spend a lot of time relaxing with some of the books she bought in town. She figured she might as well find out as much about this world as she could. She's regularly in quarters or on deck with a book in her hand while they make their way to Legends. At night she's spending time with crewmates and just relaxing. The rest of her time is spent training.
Legends of the Hidden Island- Lorelai is ridiculously excited to be on an island with strange violent animals and most importantly ruins. She'll lead a trip into at least one so please, join her as she navigates the traps and corridors of cool dungeons.
Sailing Again- After Legends of the Hidden Island Lorelai is going to be a bit homesick so she'll probably want to talk about home a bunch and she'll be dedicating extra time to training now that she's out of relaxing mode]

Shall we go, then?
no subject
I hope this isn't a sign as to how complicated this ruin is.
[She walks forward, slightly tapping the scythe on the tiles around her feeling for any give as they make their way forward through the room. Within a very short time they find themselves at the opposite doorway leading to another hall]

OTA
[Sanji's doing Sanji things while they're at sea. You can find him in the galley, as per usual, but he might also be out on deck bringing a round of snacks and drinks to the
crewladies. He'll probably swipe the annuler from Zoro at some point, too, just to see if he can manage what Zoro isn't able to.Spoilers: he won't. But it's worth a try!
One of their first nights at sea, they should have a big feast! Sanji doesn't feel like they ever properly celebrated Nami-san being back, plus they've got another new crew member now, too. Welcome, Lyrik!
SO BOOZE FOR ALL. Kanpai!]
Sakura Drift
[Uwaaaah...the sakura trees are so pretty!! Perfect to take a romantic stroll under with one of his girls~!!
...lol or not.
Not gonna stop him from asking.
He's also gonna try his damnedest to catch one of these shitty animals. Known for being the most delicious?? He has to try one. 8|
And if anyone wants to go exploring, he could easily be persuaded to tag along. He'll even pack you a bento.]
Sakuraaaaaaa
Isn't this place beautiful, Sanji-chin? I've never seen such a pretty shade of pink.
no subject
Not as beautiful as you, Keimi-chan~! Reminds me of Chopper's island, though. Sort of.
[Sakura blossoms and all, but that's about where the similarities end. This isn't exactly a winter island, heh.]
