Winry was on the docks, looking over boats, still trying to figure out how Ed thought they were going to learn how to sail one. Especially a larger boat, when neither of them had any experience! While she stood there, she saw something out of the corner of her eye - a huge bird, with someone on its back. The bird's wings faltered, and it fell out of the sky.

"Oh, no!"

Running off the docks and down to the beach, she got close enough to hear the rider ask the bird if it was all right. "What about you? Are you all right, too?" she asked, puffing a little from her run.
