So Selphie has decided that there's been far too much doom and gloom around the ship lately. The kraken, Sora dead, all the problems with the curses, and then turning back again. What better way to make that better than with a little bit of romance? Selphie set to it, using her own supply of candles and flowers (admittedly rather dried up by now). One evening, dotted around the ship in several places, are pop up romantic dates. These include a couple of candles, some flowers, some chocolates, and a sandwich sliced into two (because she wasn't going to cook a whole bunch of meals)!

Who left it there? Who knows? But it definitely looks like it was put there to be enjoyed, ideally by two people. If it looks romantic, that's because it's supposed to be. So grab your nearest and dearest Spade pirate, or bring two people together, and enjoy some flirting, love, and relaxation.

As for Selphie herself, she might be A) somewhere on the ship. Perhaps you stumble across her near a pop up date, or maybe you go looking for her to drag her/invite her to join you for the evening. Or B) you spy her/find her making a massive pile of sandwiches, or sorting dead dried flowers into bouquets, using strips of her pillowcase as ribbons.

It was completely creepy! I couldn't even open my window, she was always sitting out there, I don't know, looking at me. It was really really distracting. I was trying to study!

Then during the day she'd follow me around and stare at me, or try and talk to me. I couldn't ignore her fast enough.

Wow... Sitting outside your window is a whole new level of stalking. Was she pretty, at least?

Objectively, I suppose you could say that. She was weird, and she made one psychopathic vampire.

If you're asking if I thought she was pretty, then no. I didn't think she was attractive.

Heh. Just looking for a silver lining, but that seems like a bad deal all around. And that's before you even get to the vampire part.

[He rolls his eyes and grabs another chocolate.]

She was a piece of work, that's what. Not that I would have ever dated someone like her. Not exactly my type.

[Finally gets around to biting into his sandwich.]

[He gives Riku a surprised look.]

For one thing, male.

[Blinks.]

[...Takes another bite as he considers that.]

Well, that would explain why you didn't think that girl was pretty.

[He snorts.] That or her terrible personality, could go either way.

[Grins.]

Alright, fair enough. I can see how being stalked wouldn't exactly be a turn-on either way.

You're just sitting at home, minding your business and studying and the next thing you know there's a girl, staring at you. Not exactly the most attractive thing, at all.

[He rolls his eyes.]

I'm not sure what she was trying to accomplish.

[He pauses.]

Well not as a human anyway. As a vampire, she was crystal clear. [He sounds a little angry.]

If she hadn't been so intent on letting me know what she was doing and why she was doing it, I may not have clued in either.

No. She wanted to make sure I knew she was killing Tohru-chan, because I liked him better than her.

Ohhh. Well, that's...pretty awful. [Frowns.] She sounds terrible.

She was definitely that. Jealous, I suppose.

[He sighs.]

It's not like I could deny it, I did like Tohru-chan better than her.

[darknessinside]

[Quirks an eyebrow, filtering that through this NEW KNOWLEDGE he has of Natsuno's type.]

That's not how I meant it!

[He blushes ever so slightly and looks away. It may not be what he meant, but it's not exactly a lie either.]

[The corner of his mouth tugs up a bit, but he just grabs another chocolate instead of calling him out on that blush.]

It isn't how I meant it when I said that.

[He sighs.]

Maybe I did but...

[There isn't much else he can say about it really. His life is far too complicated to think much about romance.]

See, now it just became a tragic Romeo & Juliet vampire love story. Except you're still here. [Pause.] And you're both guys.

[He scoffs.]

Sure, Romeo and Juliet. We weren't a couple or anything, don't get the wrong idea. I can't even say if he was interested...but probably not. He talked about asking the nurse at the clinic out.

[He picks up another sandwich half.]

Yeah, here I am on a boat in the middle of nowhere...and a vampire.

No ideas, don't worry. Especially not the wrong ones. But you never know, right? Maybe he would've been into the idea.

[Leans back against the ship wall they're next to, crossing his arms behind his head.]

Anyway, as uninterested as you claim to be, you're on a ship that's basically full of guys. You could go suck on Ace some more. He's hot. ...You know. Literally.

[Riku is really making it hard to be so moody.]

I'm not sure how that would translate to a favourable situation for me.

Hmm. Maybe you should be on a manly date with him instead, then. Persuade him to return the favor.

I don't think that would be taken very well with Thatch either.

[He looks thoughtful.]

Well aside from Tohru-chan the only man I've let suck on me was you.
