So Selphie has decided that there's been far too much doom and gloom around the ship lately. The kraken, Sora dead, all the problems with the curses, and then turning back again. What better way to make that better than with a little bit of romance? Selphie set to it, using her own supply of candles and flowers (admittedly rather dried up by now). One evening, dotted around the ship in several places, are pop up romantic dates. These include a couple of candles, some flowers, some chocolates, and a sandwich sliced into two (because she wasn't going to cook a whole bunch of meals)!

Who left it there? Who knows? But it definitely looks like it was put there to be enjoyed, ideally by two people. If it looks romantic, that's because it's supposed to be. So grab your nearest and dearest Spade pirate, or bring two people together, and enjoy some flirting, love, and relaxation.

As for Selphie herself, she might be A) somewhere on the ship. Perhaps you stumble across her near a pop up date, or maybe you go looking for her to drag her/invite her to join you for the evening. Or B) you spy her/find her making a massive pile of sandwiches, or sorting dead dried flowers into bouquets, using strips of her pillowcase as ribbons.

[Ikki actually pauses at his own words and gives Natsuno a smirk.]

Actually, want to try? I'm curious to see if the brat's miracle is a one hit wonder or not in this place.

[He's joking, of course. Or is he? He shakes his head at the date atmosphere comment.]

Let's just say that all those candles put me in a mood that's far from being one adequate for a date.

[A thought crosses his mind that his friends might not forgive him for this, but after everything, realistically he had to think it through. He wasn't entirely sure that sucking blood was going to be all that feasible.]

I don't think I would have gone with the candles if I ever dated.

Shouldn't it be two? One for any enemy vampire that may appear and one for you.

[Ikki arches an eyebrow and leans against the table a bit.]

If the speeches of the others or whatever make you hesitate, we could pull the same experiment with you killing me. Assuming you're capable of it, of course.

[Ikki looks at the candles and smirks.]

Never had an interest in dating, neither have now, but fire is something I only want to see in the battlefield for the most part. So I wouldn't have gone for it either.

Actually the original plan was to blow myself up with him, the other one like me. Corner him and kill us both. Before I came here, I was literally walking to my death because, what I am is just...wrong.

[He sighs softly.]

If I didn't return I would be fine with it. I don't think I have a reason to kill you, so it would be...difficult justifying it.

[Even with everything, his hands still shake when he thinks of killing even another vampire.]

It's just not my style. I thought that if I ever dated, we would just hang out only, you know, it'd be different. I don't know. It never happened.

If me asking you to do it isn't enough to justify it then I suppose I can't do it to you either.

[Besides now that Natsuno brought up the part about justifying things it makes Ikki think that probably the rest of the crew wouldn't be happy with one of them killing a crewmate.]

Now that I think of it, isn't that a rule here? To not harm crewmates.

[So much for that, they will have to find someone outside of the crew to do it if they want to experiment.]

Beats me, I never dated either or had interest on it as I said. All that romantic stuff really goes out of my league.

I don't know, but no one has been willing to kill me yet. I don't need anyone to justify that, it's what I want.

[He sighs, but they would have a fit, that's true.]

I don't know about being romantic either. I'm not sure a candle on a ship is romantic. It must be for someone.

You're not the only one who would prefer to be dead, really. If you would need a reason to justify it beyond that, then the same applies to killing you.

If it's for someone then they will have to use one of the other spots, this one has been used after all.

[And he's not sorry. Okay, so he didn't want to stay and be involved, but he can think of worse things to do than what has happened, Natsuno isn't too bad.]
