001 ☈ all aboard the s.s. shanghaied! [CLOSED]

Who: Kay Faraday and Miles Edgeworth.
Where: Isla Empieza, beginning from the Town Center going to the beach...and then onto an unknown pirate ship.
When: Nov. 7. Daytime.
What: What starts as a typical dog-walking and attorney-assistant bantering day turns into Trouble with a capital T when they are captured by pirates. Spoiler: They'll be fine, no one will die, and the innkeeper will somehow manage to keep Edgeworth's dog safe.
Warnings: Pirates. What pirates do and all. There won't be any killing but there will be fighting and capturing and the usual pirating.
Style: First/commentspam/actionspam/whatever you call it.
Status: Closed.

[Kay has been bouncing from looking for a new crew to simply gathering up more people, and she was certain that eventually, new newbie pirates would be dragged onto this island, just like last month. She was torn between waiting for that deluge of new folk but a part of her wondered if that would really happen again, or if Scurvey Dog was satisfied with two batches of pirates from across every universe. Still, hanging around in an inn with Edgeworth was not exactly how she had planned on spending her days in Ghost Pirate Land.

Right now, she accompanied Edgeworth as he took his dog out for a walk. Maybe along the way, she could find some interesting places to get a better job to earn more money for supplies. Moonlighting as a waitress in the inn they hung out in was not going to cut it if they were going to get back onto the sea. So far, the shady taverns weren't looking very promising. Kay glanced at one and wrinkled her nose.]

You could practically smell the man-smell and the reek of alcohol in there. Ew.
