It wasn't as if it were his ship, really.
Still, he had to wonder if his Observation was working. Ace, dimming his flame, crossed his arms and stared at the other ship. After briefly focusing, his eyes made use of his 'Will' and he got a clearer look at the deck, lacking the need for a telescope. There, he saw Harlock's silhouette.
