Don't you like cookies?

[Hmmm. Roxas frowns a little bit, thinking. What else can he feed the bird? He can't put it back, he had his hands all over it, so he takes a bite as he looks in the cupboards again.]

What else can birds eat? Come on, I can figure this out. Birds eat...birds eat...

[Shakes his head!]

[No cookies.]

[Now where did he put his sunflower seeds?]

[Marco rummages through the cupboards, looking hopefully.]

Careful!

[Roxas grabs onto Marco's torso and gently pulls him back from the cupboard.]

Something might fall on you. I can look there if you want. You seem like a smart bird.

[He reaches in and pushes a can or two aside before he finds a bag of sunflower seeds.]

Is this what you want to eat?

[At first Marco is about to lightly headbutt Roxas for pulling him away. You're not his Pops! You're not the boss of him, yoi!!]

[But at seeing the bag of sunflower seeds he gives a happy chirp!]

[And swishes his tail back and forth.]

[Yes, yes, that is what he wants, yoi!]

[Roxas is only looking out for your safety Marco. He opens the bag and looks at it. He's not sure how much to give Marco, so he shrugs and sets it down open.]

Here, eat these. Just don't eat too much, whatever that is.

[The kid has never seen sunflower seeds before? Or is he unaware of how much is too much?]

[Either way, Marco divides up a reasonable portion with his beak and then pushes some over to Roxas in offering.]

[It's the second one, but he watches in fascination as Marco divides the seeds up.]

Wow, it's like you're magic.

[Roxas brightens and reaches over to pet Marco, running his hand over the feathers gently.]

Thanks. [With his free hand he sets to work on eating the first sunflower seed.]

[Marco shivers at the unexpected pet, but soon relaxes and gives an amused chirp as they merrily munch on seeds!]
