[good because they'd invariably end up on this ship. He nods. He's seen as much. The Lea kid is kind of like a leech but there's potential to be tapped in that kind of shadowing]

What are you guys, some kind of kid fighting corps? Mercenaries? [he's heard weirder, honestly]

No. We just all happen to have Keyblades, but... Usually Sora and Roxas don't exist side-by-side like they are now. And Lea used to be this guy called Axel, who was kind of our enemy. So it's not like we've been running around fighting off evil together like we're a junior superhero club.

Sounds like a [confusing] charmed circle. Still you guys working together could be a sizable force. [he'll lean in a little because it is cold and their arms are just barely brushing.]

Who among you can do the...magic things? [he doesn't necessarily believe in magic but he doesn't know what the hell else to call it]

Yeah, we could be. Or will be, eventually. Toss us into a battle together, we'd probably do alright.

I think all of us. Sora can probably do the most, but I've got a good amount of spells under my belt. Roxas probably does, too. I'm not sure about Lea, aside from his fire stuff. Kairi...is still learning.

Oh, aye? I'll have to rely on you to train Kairi then since I've no knowledge of key blades and less than that of magic.

[he hasn't had much to do with Sora of late but given what he's gathered about their little group so far]

And you'd be the leader?

[His eyebrows shoot up and he glances at Thatch.]

Leader? If you'd asked me that two years ago I would've said yes without even thinking about it. Now...

[He shrugs, mind jumping to Sora, but these days he doesn't think either of them is really the leader to the other. It's more balanced than that. As for the others...]

Look, I should probably be straight with you, I don't actually know Roxas and Lea that well. I've never really fought with them, just...against them. In the past. They're not dangerous or anything, not to us, but I couldn't tell you if they'd appreciate me being their leader in any way, shape, or form.
