Just another day on the Sun...
Who: Vyse + whoever's traveling on the Sun
Where: The Sun
When: late night of the 11th to mid morning of the 12th
What: Vyse is possessedand no one noticed. Not as violent as the others in his crew, but that could change.
Warnings: Possible character death, Likely injury/blood/etc.
Style: Any, prose to start, but I can match brackets if you'd prefer
Status: Semi-open
Vyse hadn't contributed to the destruction of the ship. He could have, just as easily. Take a cutlass to the sails, cut the more important ropes, cripple the ship before it even left the port. Or out at sea, where he could then take the steps to sink it.
But he'd waited, because it was stupid to sink a ship while you were on it, and hid until he got absolutely sick of staying below deck and wandered up, blades tucked into his belt.
He wasn't hard to find, as he wasn't trying to keep himself hidden anymore. Most often, he could be found pacing the bow of the ship, swinging one cutlass by a handle as he walked. For hours, simply pacing and occasionally muttering and arguing with an invisible someone.
Unless interrupted, of course.

Y Hallo Thar
But, then, nothing in life ever happened when you sit around doing nothing. So after a little while she'll climb down and give Vyse a wave.
"Heya. Who're you talking to?"
This is a terrrible first impression
"No one. Who are you?"
these things happen
"I'm the new girl. Chandra."
They can try again later, maybe
He's approaching her as he says this. She's unarmed, and he shouldn't attack an unarmed lady, but she's there and she shouldn't be.
Well, unarmed means easier to defeat. Once Vyse is close enough, he rushes Chandra, aiming a diagonal slash her way.
no subject
"Oh fuck, not you too."
As if on cue, her red hair begins to glow with sullen fire, and her hands become sheathed in flame. A finger flicks towards him, and a jet of flame lances towards his legs.
"Look, I'd rather not kill you..."
All my 'somewhat angry' icons are of Vyse pointing. :|
...Nearly into the flames she's decided to throw at him. There's no avoiding those, and his boots and pants get singed slightly before he manages to properly move out of the way.
"Then don't. Makes things easier for me!" And then he's lunging at her again, aiming for somewhere that's less armored this time.
Ruh-Roh, gonna point her to death!
Since she doesn't want to destroy the damn ship, just blasting Vyse is out of the question. So instead, she snaps her finger up and heats the metal of his swordhilt, hoping to force him to drop it and back off.
"And just because I'm not up to killing you doesn't mean I'm not up to kicking your ass!"
The fire on her right arm begins to harden, crystallizing into an orange stone, and she's swinging it right at him like a sledgehammer.
XD Yup -- also let me know if I messed up anything here
"Either way is fine, I can--ow!" And the reply is cut short when his attacking blade suddenly becomes too hot to hold and he's forced to drop it. The blade itself is primarily metal, so there's nowhere at all to hold it that isn't sharp.
But that's part of the reason he carries two blades. He's not totally unarmed if he loses one. The second one isn't as sharp, but it still does the job, and he transfers it to the bladeless hand.
However, that action takes a few seconds he can't devote to avoiding the blow from the fire on Chandra's arm, and he takes that blow square in the chest, staggering back before collapsing to the deck.
...And then trying to push himself right back up, though he only gets onto his hands and knees before having to pause.
Looks good! And you caught me as I'm doing Chandra tags. What timing!
Chandra takes that as another opportunity, bringing down her fist again, aimed squarely at his back.
"Stay down! I don't wanna hurt you more than necessary!" she bellows, battlelight gleaming in her eyes, "But like hell am I going to let you cut me."
