This isn't quite that bad. [granted it was painful. Crewmates had died, but were already coming back. Those that had killed would suffer a while but amends would be made. Wounds would be healed. Revenge loomed bright on the horizon.]
I have no doubt we'll take her down. [maybe if it was just their crew he'd have a little more anxiety. But that witch had angered far more people than she knew]

It just seems crazy, with so many people in on it. If... that makes sense.
[So many people who weren't an army of some sort. Sure, the people who had been taken here against their will had formed some kind of allegiance to each other in the recent months, but there was still so much difference between them all...]
