STORMY SKIES
Hope everyone's ready to deal with some heart-pounding surfing when they start riding tidal waves.
This is set on the 19th, their last day sailing to Yuezhong, so they'll arrive safely despite all odds.]

She's smiling, like this is the most relaxed she's been in quite some time as she touches down on the deck to hear The Doctor speak.]
They do go hand in hand, Doctor!
[She speaks loud enough to be heard over the torrent. It doesn't seem possible to her that things could be anything but natural here concerning the storm.]

[Not that Ace hadn't done anything about it. He had already begun pulling down a great deal of the sails and fixed a number of things with ropes. He didn't have time to do much, but that was what a crew was needed for.]

You can find her either down below decks lashing things down to make sure they don't roll all over the floor or up in the thick of it, up in the rigging doing her best to tie down the sails quickly with whomever else might be doing that. After that, she'll be sitting in the mess - dripping on the floor - trying not to look like she's freezing. Which she is.]
Late to the party but... Open to anyone
[He'd kept to himself though, not much of a talker at the moment. He didn't have much reason to be. He stayed on his own, wanders the ship and looked over things. He'd sailed before, so this wasn't like it was new. Though it was back in the days where his memories were still a mess. Still, once you learn, it wasn't hard to remember. It was also a lot of common sense.]
[Logan was smoking a cigar at the moment, leaning on a railing and staring out at the storm. It was getting real damn close. He wondered how many of these kids were going to get tossed when the storm came. With a sigh at the thought, he went back to work, moving the cigar to the other side of his mouth, working ropes on his own. If a storm is coming, they'd need to be ready for it.]

She's wandering up deck to see if there's anyone who missed the call for dinner or was busy. She knows sailors usually operated in shifts of four hours but with this ship she's been repeatedly told that that kind of thing was secondary. Besides, it was getting late and people must've been hungry.]
You should eat.
[It's a modest meal of grits and biscuts with carrots for a vegetable. They didn't have much when they left their first port and when they come to their next, Lara is going to be looking for some real substantial food.]
I can take your place if that would make you feel more comfortable.
[She's been doing the same as Logan and been lashing things down below deck in anticipation of the storm.]

YUEZHONG
Ace spoke up after the worst of it was done and they were safely sailing to shore.]
Alright, everybody! We're disembarking! Do what you feel like for the next few days, but-- if you find supplies we could use and start some fights if you want!
If you get in over your heads-- [Ace held up his notebook for emphasis.]
Write something to Marco and I! We'll kick their asses!

Day 2 on the island!
I tried to think of as much as I could. [She thinks out loud - used to speaking to herself as a symptom of her time in university - as she starts taking the load apart from the wagon she'd 'borrowed'. Won.
She looks like she'd been in a few scraps throughout the last two days she'd been in town. Her knuckles are wrapped and bloody, and she's sporting a split lip. If there was one way to earn both money and some 'friends' in town, it was fighting.]

Disembarking at Day 1
He wasn't their god damn baby sitter.. This entire thing was counter productive to getting home though. And that annoyed the crap out of him.][Still, it wasn't a bad idea to look for supplies. And besides that, they could find something here to help lead them to what the HELL was going on and how the HELL to get home.]
[Oh, right, he looked surly right now, didn't he? Normal. It really was. Ignore that.]
That goes for me as well. If you get in over your damn heads, speak up. [he groused, ready to stretch his legs a bit. His intentions were to wander and see what kind of trouble this place had.]

Yuezhong - 29
This, of course, came back to bite him when his lord--a member of a higher family of Yuezhong, came to watch his serfs work. Ace stared at the two as one cowered and the other elevated his voice. The lord of the Yi family stood with dozens upon dozens of armed guards, each one wearing jeweled, golden and jade armor. Setting down the axe he had used to chop wood for Jin, Ace raised his voice to call out.]
Hey! What's going on, Jin!? Don't tell me you forgot about the bet!
Betting? [Jin averted his eyes and the Lord of Yi set his eyes on Ace, instead. The voiceless cries of the villagers working in that forest turned even more silent as they huddled in the shade of the tree to avoid his glance as well. Ace, knowing no better and caring even less, met eyes with the Lord of Yi.]
He's suited more for sowing the fields than enjoying a noble's game. Have you been tempting my tools with the entertainment of men, pirate?
[In return, Ace's expression turned a bit more confused and shocked. It wasn't so much that he was being spoken down to as it was surprising that the lord had drawn a sword--elegant, finely forged and green. It was a weapon better suited for someone who knew how to use it rather than a young man whose best weapon was his voice.]
What're you--
[Ace was cut off--as was Jin. The Lord of Yi plunged his sword down towards Jin's left eye. In the next moment he was stopped--his entire body shaking. The air grew heavier and his knees began to buckle. Around him, his guards fell back several steps as if shoved aside.
They all turned, suddenly drawing their full attention on Ace--not to use him as an example, but to regard him as an enemy. The young man approached, stepping on a guard who fell to the ground, unconscious. Another guard fell and Ace pushed him aside with casual ease, approaching the Lord of Yi. There had been a 'pulse' leaving Ace's body, directed at everyone in front of him who had been threatening Jin. Jin, utterly confused with the situation, knew to run when he had his chance.
Step after step lead to more guards collapsing one by one until Ace was confronted with the Lord, himself. His fist erupted, bursting into red flames just before he came down at the shaken tyrant, throwing it forward in a crushing right hook. Ace's fist cracked the Lord's cheek, burned him and sent him skidding along the soft grass for awhile before he stopped, finally landing in one of the marshes.
One of the Lord of Yi's advisors, standing well behind the guards, shrieked when he realized what was going on and gestured towards Ace with his cane--]
Kill that man! He assaulted the Young Lord!
[Ace raised one hand up and waited a moment. The last traces of fire left his hand before the upturned palm caught the brim of the Lord of Yi's very nice jade hat. Setting it on his head, Ace faced the guards who were now standing up and absolutely ready to kill him. The anger had still not left him entirely, but he did have the benefit of earning many more targets to point it in.]
Re: Yuezhong - 29
At least, that was what Sora's face said as he came running in, dodging one of the guard's hands as he moved to stand relatively close to Ace. He didn't need to ask too many questions, at that point--all he needed to know was that the guards were against Ace. He could always ask questions after they were back on the ship.]
So... I'm guessing we won't be leaving peacefully, huh?
[A nervous laugh escaped towards the end of his rhetorical question as he held up his keyblade. Crouching down in a defensive stance, he made sure that his gaze moved from guard to guard--he couldn't have one trying to sneak attack, now, could he?
When two came lunging towards him, shouting "get them!", Sora reacted rather quickly--pointing the keyblade towards the middle one, a large ring of fire surrounded Sora and Ace. Fortunately, the guards weren't close enough, so they barely got burned. Sora wasn't looking to actually kill anyone, after all.]

Yuezhong - 29
Whoa, guys, seriously... What are you doing?
*There clearly wasn't any time to waste as they drew their weapons pointedly towards her. Fortunately, she'd taken to wearing her nunchaku on the island, just in case, and she pulled it from round her neck, preparing to fight*
Alright, you losers! You asked for it!
*So there is Selphie, fighting off a few guys, swinging her nunchaku straight for their shins*

Yuezhong 29th
"There's one of them!" A man shouted and pointed towards Natsuno. One glance, one meeting of the eyes and that's all he needed to know.
It was time to split. He took off running towards where the ship was, maybe looking a little nervous.]

[At the moment, he was on one last hunt, if he could find some meat to cure and hide, but the call from Ace had him moving, ignoring the hunt and headed back for the ship.]
[He's a fast runner, and running through the unpathed areas was easy enough, catching up to someone was also easy, though he hadn't realized his course would run him parallel with someone from the crew. He could see him between the trees, then jumped out, off a higher level of ground, to land all fours, coming up into a run near by, and growling]
Problems, kid? [he said while pausing, glancing back to see if Natsuno had tails to deal with or not...]
