[Log || 004] Empieza and Aeolipile

What: Picking up new crew members and recovering from the Navy battle! Plus shenanigans.
Warnings: DRAGON!!! But no, nothing really. Probably.

[Well he had held it off for long enough, time to get to the apologies that he owed. He had looked around for any of his brothers before spotting Mikey with the eggs. Typical Mikey, good.

He walked over behind him before finally speaking up.]

Mikey? Uhh... what are you doing?

[Oh. HI you.]

[Yeah, he had been avoidant for a while. Just... you know, staying out of his hair. It's one thing when Raph attacks him and tries to take his head off, it's another when Leo does it. For one, he's pretty sure Raph likes him enough to not decapitate him. Another... he's pretty dumb, but he's smart enough to know something was -wrong- with Leo.]

[He'd been good, and kept an eye on his brothers, just in case. But he hovered back. After all, RAPH was being OVERLY nice too. It was a weird personality swap.]

[Now? He's in the Galley, blowing out eggs into a bowl. He heard someone come in, but as Leo came up behind him, and as soon as he spoke up, Mikey blew into the end of an egg, his hand clamping around the egg too hard, suddenly breaking it in a yellow mess of yoke all over his face, hand and shot out across the table.]

[He coughed, seeming to have some how inhaled some yoke, and sat up better, paused there, hand dripping over the bowl and looking... startled. Some ninja he is.]

[Slowly he turned to look back at... Leo. He ran his clean hand over his green face, clearing it of yoke as he greeted his bro] Heeeeey, Leo. I'm not wasting 'em. I swear. I'm going to make pizza omelettes! And smoke bombs...

[Well... that was one more mess that Mikey caused. Ah well, that's not what Leo cared about right now.]

Oh? Well alright, that's fine. But do you think that you can take a break for a few minutes? I kind of need to talk to you real quick.

[H-hey! It's jsut a BIT of a mess. And this is HIS kitchen..ah, Galley. Or at least he silent claims it as his own like he does the one back home. After all HE knows how to cook. He also, surprisingly, keeps his kitchen clean. Unlike his room... man don't even ask about the underwear...]

[Heck he's already sopping a bit up with the towel he has with him, cleaning his hand up and moving the broken shells to the side.]

Sure thing. Anything you want. [he said cheerful enough, rubbing his hand between a towel]

[Hey, Leo can cook! He is perfectly capable of cooking ramen noodles, thank you! It was just things like eggs that he was terrible at.

But anyways, Leo goes and sits at the table as he let out a small breath.]

Well... remember a few days ago when I was all grumpy, rude, loud, and... well acting like Raph? And how I out you into the headlock and threatened to punch you in the face?

[Yeah, but eggs are so good. and PIZZA omelettes were the BEST. Fry up a round of scrambled egg, swipe on some tomato, some spices, a little bit of ham or peppers, olives, or maybe some sour gummie worms? And PERFECTION, man.]

[But yeah, anyhow...]

Uh... yeah man, how could I forget. You nearly ripped me out of my shell. [speaking of shell, he moved a bowl of blown shells to the side, careful]

Well... I really have no idea why I acted that way. I just woke up and acted like that, then the next day I was me again. But I shouldn't have threatened you over tossing a smoke bomb and going on about April... as in the month, not our April.

So i guess what I'm trying to say is... I'm sorry Mikey. I'm sorry for how I acted, I swear it'll never happen again.

[He raised a brow, then smiled at his big bro. A shrug and a chuckle later, he said]

No problem! After I ran into Raph being some sweet little old lady, I thought to myself, I though.... "Michelangelo? What's wrong with this picture?" And I told myself that "Dude, your brothers are off their rockers! Clearly? Somethin's up." And I agreed with that, so yeah. No harm no foul.

[he leaned forward, placing a half dry hand on Leo's and patting it twice] It's cool man. We're good. Some times you can't help yourself when it comes to the unknown and mysterious. So don't make promises you can't keep, kay? You never know what might happen. Just... lets hope Raph doesn't go into granny mode again. That bugged me.

[Lies. Leo scared him, kay? But Leo didn't need to know that. He looked like he was worried enough as it was.]

[Phew! Mikey forgave him! Well he expected him too, it was Mikey after all, but it was still good to hear.]

Well alright, I at least tried right? But thanks for forgiving me bro. And... yeah even with how I was Raph acting like that was just... wrong. Wrong in every sense of the word.

[And he hoped it never ever happened again. Ever]
