[She had a list of bitties that she needed to keep in check. This wasn't an ideal task for her, given her current situation. But anything to help out her less-experienced-with-children captain.

Next on her list was Toothless. She had with her a small fish to try and lure the little dragon out. But she wasn't really familiar with a baby Toothless. What did that even look like?]

Toooothleeeess! Hey, I have a little fishie for you. Yummy, yummy!

[She held out the fish started waving it around.]

[At the moment, he looked like a black streak as something swept past Cynthia and her hand. Oh, that fish would be gone, by the way. On the upside, the dragon had landed on the nearby railing, fish in mouth.]

[Well clearly he gave a whole new meaning to "Don't blink". It took Cynthia a few seconds to figure out that the black streak was none other than Toofless and that the fish was gone.

But hey! There's the dragon.]

Heeeey there Toothless. Wanna come over here and play for a bit?

[She stretches out her arm hoping he would land on it. Which would made her job a WHOLE LOT EASIER if he did.]

[Why in the world is she talking so funny to him? The dragon gives her an odd look, but he ignores her gesture long enough to gulp down that fish. Licking his chops, he peers at her outstretched arm before wiggling in anticipation of a jump, and glides over land there.]

[Judging by his size, he should be light enough to carry on her arm right? Don't get her wrong, she's never actually dealt with this kind of dragon, she was just making this up as she goes.

Cynthia waited patiently for the dragon to land...please have the decency to not set her on fire after.]

[The dragon keeps his wings up as he partially glides, partially walks along to her shoulder. He sits there and looks at her expectantly.]

Well Toothless, at least you're not crying, hiding or trying to run away from me.

[She tickles his chin with her finger. Such a cutie little baby dwagon!]

Oh right, I need to thank you for saving my life back when I got stabbed. When you get back to regular size, remind me to repay you with a nice piece of meat or something .

[That rumbling purr sounds in his throat as he lifts his head a little at that. He ducks under her hand to give it a playful nudge.]

[So THIS is what playing with a baby dragon was like. Now she's just wondering how much it would take to make Toothless evolve.]

So Toothless, do you remember who I am?

[Big green eyes peering at her, he then moves to gum at her hand before he pauses, looking around cautiously in case a certain jealous dragon is about.]

Aww don't worry sweetie, Garchomp's hunting down the others boys. So it's just you and me for now.

[It was like he was a little cat, but he wasn't, but damn he was such a little cutie. That's when he noticed the bit on his tail, gently poking it.]

Oh hey, your tail is all fixed.

[That's enough of a reassurance for him, and all at once the dragon settles back down on her shoulder. When she points out his tail, he smiles his quirky little smile.]
