Evening - The Bars

*Every evening, Faye can be found in the various bars, or later on in the evenings in the clubs. She wears a different dress each evening, all rather flattering to her body shape in one way or another. She couldn't wear heels as high as she'd like, given her recent ankle injury. If she isn't standing or sitting somewhere with a drink in her hand, she'd be lingering by the bar waiting for someone to offer to buy her one*

Day Time

*During the day, Faye is out shopping - day clothes, lounge wear, night wear, evening dresses, lingerie, make up. This island seems like the chance to catch up on these things. In late afternoon she'll be carrying quite a number of bags, also seemingly searching for something. She wonders if there's a nice spa or bath house somewhere to relax in*

Most days-

Thash will go off and train and/or work on weapons on the shore. Not right in front of the ship, but a few hundred yards to the side. Gotta keep those muscles strong! If you want to train with him or just go bug him/say hi then go for it :3

The first evening-

The first evening he's going to go and explore the perimeter of the island. Call it a weird habit but he likes to know the layout of places he's staying. He's going to mostly avoid the inside of the crater though... Too many crowds and too much noise. Not that he couldn't be convinced to go if someone asked to go there with him, but he'll be staying away from all that while he's alone. Feel free to run into him if your character also likes wandering around strange islands at night.

Other evenings- open! He's got nothing planned and will probably be a boring loner on the ship or in the surrounding water when he's not out with Faye so if your character wants a crew mate to go somewhere with them in the evenings feel free to drag him along. He may not be the best company but he makes a good bodyguard at least <<;;

[so, on the second night Thash got bored and decided to see what Faye was up to. He figured she was probably in the crater somewhere...although he didn't care to go in there by himself he decided to make a challenge out of seeing if he could find her. Cuz that's not stalker-ish at all. He'd hunt around a bit around the buildings, trying to keep away from crowds as much as possible. He got some odd looks now and then...he wondered what that was about, but avoided talking to people]

[eventually he'd catch her scent around a store, perhaps her last one for the evening since it was getting to be night time? Either way he hesitantly went in and looked around to see if she was in there]

*This was a particularly pricey place - she had a lot of money from Gun Frontier. The clothing was all excellent quality, beautiful dresses, mostly evening gowns, and pretty silk nightwear too. Faye had selected a new red dress, and a matching night dress, and was in the process of taking these to the counter to pay when she turned and spotted Thash. Her hands were too full to wave, but she smiled brightly*

Hey, mister.

[he spotted her around the same time she spotted him, glad his senses had been right and she was here. When he saw her big smile he couldn't help smiling too] hey, how's it going?

Good, thanks. You?

*Faye juggled her various bags so that she could get her purse and pay the woman at the counter. She waited until her clothing was wrapped and put in a bag, then turned back to Thash as she made her way out of the store*

Had a busy day?

Things are going ok...

[he watched while she juggled stuff to pay the lady. Then he walked out beside her]

Sort of I guess. I trained a bit and started on a couple of new weapons for the heck of it...uh, do you want some help carrying all that?

Day:

During the day, Katarina is prowling the streets like a cat. She's either:
1- arguing about quality of iron/steel,
2- getting into fistfights because she called seller a liar/cheater/scumbag for trying to sell her bad goods,
3- using money to have decent baths and good food,
4- practicing by moving in shadows, climbing ledges and target practicing. Take a pick

Night:

During the night, she walks the streets suspiciously or watches parties/drinking from afar. She's not... dressed for party or anything, she was never seen wearing anything else but her combat outfit. People hitting on her and don't get a hint to let her be, usually leave with smashed toes. Not that she's opposed to that, she just doesn't deal with drunkards... unless she's drunk as well. Small chances for that, but still there.

Enjoying the island?

*Faye grinned at his request and eagerly handed over several of the larger, heavier bags*

You do know that while we're here you should be trying to relax. You and I both know you could do with a chance to wind down a little.

Hm....eh. Not particularly. The land around the outside is kind of boring because it's narrow and there isn't much more than a few dozen meters of vegetation and very little animal life.

[he took the heavier bags without complaint. He didn't do all that training for nothing afterall... They didn't feel all that heavy to him]

Relax, huh? I have to keep my skills sharp though... But I guess I could relax a bit this evening since I trained most of the day.

You realise there's stuff on the island too, don't you? You can do things other than checking out plants and animals.

*Faye noted that Thash had no problem whatsoever, and gave an amused smile. Seemed to her that he'd be quite useful to have around for shopping trips*

You want to relax tonight? Then come out with me. I'm taking the bags back to the ship, then getting myself changed to head out for the bars. Why not join me?

Yeah, but I'm no good at interacting with people and there's a lot of people in here...[he paused to think on her offer for a moment. usually being around crowds and bars was anything but relaxing for Thash. It could be quite nerve wracking in fact. But he figured maybe it wouldn't be so bad if he was with Faye- as long as they stayed out of trouble this time of course. At least she knew the proper way to act in these kinds of places so she could keep him from doing anything rude or embarrassing...in theory. It would be nice to spend some time with her]

Alright. It'll be fun if I'm going with you.

A. (Day - June 8th ► On)

[B.B. Hood has, on consequent days, been busy. Early on, she's spending time seeking out weapon shops, scoping out some new gear. Taking some time to pick up some gunpowder and grenades, as well as picking up a pair of pistols and more ammunition for her uzis. She's also taking the moment to pick up some wine bottles, for both the crew and for herself to use for her flamethrowers later.

She can also be found at a range, trying out her new toys and getting a little practice in on a few of thee days.]

B. (Day - June 12th)

[...of course, on one day, she decided to shop for clothes! Something in the way of a nice cute dress, something else to wear on occasion! And so, she decided to stop in a shop and look at their wares. She had her eyes on a cute, surprisingly reasonably priced dress. A little too reasonably priced. And so, if you look for her, you can see her trying to negotiate the price. With her guns drawn.]

Come on, spill it. Why's the price so low? You're not trying to unload cheaply made garbage on me, are you?

[There is suddenly a glass dangling in front of her face by a gloved hand, gently swirling some ice cubes in it. It looks like rum!]

Thirtsty~? All that stomping around has surely given you a bit of a thirst?

[Grell, who happened to be in the same store, was looking at a pair of earrings when she hears the commotion from Bonnie. She takes the earrings she was looking at and goes over to her.]

Hmm? [Grell looks at the garment in question with lazy scrutiny.] It's too thin.

[And then she starts to browse other dresses.]

[Katarina was snapped from her thoughts. She stares at the glass for a second before accepting it.]

Captain. [She nods in greeting.] I tried to relax but it seems it's not possible for me. [She takes a sip of her drink and then gives it an odd look. Sweet. She could actually like this type.]

Maybe you shouldn't try so hard. [Grell smiles, holding a glass similar to Katarina's.] What do you usually do to relax?

[Maybe. Katarina needs some time to remember what she does for relaxing. The fact remains that she can't.]

Kill. That's what I've been doing last few years. [Since she's summoned on to the Institute and Rift on daily basis.]

You interact with me just fine. And the others on the ship, I bet. That's hardly an excuse.

*But she smiled when he agreed, making their way onto the docked ship now, and nudging into his side playfully*

Perfect. We're both well overdue a serious amount of fun, so we'd better get it. Just you and me and a night on the town. So get yourself dressed and ready, and I'll meet you back out on deck in an hour to go hit the bars. What do you think?

Hmmm...maybe you're right [he had been getting along pretty well except his first run-in with the captain. Plus while he'd been walking around looking for Faye, he'd noticed the humans around here didn't seem to be afraid of him which was encouraging. He hadn't particularly like the confusing looks some of them had given him, but it was better than fear or disgust]

Alright, I'll help you carry these to your room then meet you in an hour... [although he didn't really have anything nice to wear he figured he'd at least change to his other pants that were in better shape and maybe wear the one and only shirt he owned]

*When they got to her room, Faye held out her arms so that he could give her back the various bags that he'd been carrying. She eyed them over carefully before looking back at him*

I have a new purple dress, a red one, and a black one. Which one should I wear?

*Once he helped her decide, Faye would disappear into the room to get ready. In an hour's time, she would emerge up on deck wearing whichever colour he had chosen, with matching accessories and lipstick. Her shoulders are bare but the evening doesn't seem too cold, and she has a small clutch bag containing money, more make up, cigarettes, and a tiny pistol, just in case*

[he handed them to her carefully, then listened as she asked what dress she should wear. He had no idea but thought it was nice she was asking him so he tried to make up his mind. He'd seen her in red already and didn't like the color purple, so...] how about the black one?

[after that he'd go get ready. Even though it took him all of about fifteen minutes, he'd hang around until about an hour had passed then head up to the deck. In place of his normal faded jeans he was wearing a pair of dark gray cargo pants. He was also wearing what could hardly pass for a shirt, a somewhat tight sleeveless fishnet top. Also he looked a little more cleaned up with slightly tamer hair than normal. He looked different, but not exactly dressy.]

[when he found her up on deck he'd head over, looking a little nervous perhaps because she was dressed so much more nicely than he was] hey there... [he looked over her ensemble. There were times that he struggled with compliments, but this time it was easy] wow...beautiful.

Black. Ooh, the black one is nice. Feels good too. See you in an hour with it on.

*Faye had indeed noticed his change of clothing, and that he'd made at least a bit of an effort with his appearance, and it looked good. She tilted her head as he came over, wondering what he was looking so nervous about. She'd take care of that soon enough when she got the chance to get some alcohol down him*

*His compliment was well received, and she gave him a bashful smile, glancing down at her outfit. The black dress had been a rather good choice after all, it seemed*

Ready to hit the town?

I guess so. Lead the way...[he said with a slight smile. He still wasn't real excited about going into crowded placed but figured it's be fun to hang out with Faye at least. Maybe if thjngs went well he'd actually be able to relax a little and have fun]

*Faye was more than happy to lead the way into town, heading towards a nice bar that she'd seen earlier in the day. It was a classy place, rather than anything too noisy and busy. The bar is tastefully decorated, there are cosy plush booths, and tables lined around a dancefloor. There's also a stage, where a blues type band are quietly playing. Faye loved this kind of place, and figured that it was a nice way to start of the evening for Thash - slower paced, quieter, and less offensive than some of the other clubs that she knew were around*

Here we go. This place good enough?

*She smiled at Thash, but didn't wait for an answer before heading straight to the bar, immediately ordering a glass of wine. The bar man did seem especially keen to get her order quickly, and just right. Glancing over her shoulder, she looked at Thash*

Wine for you too? Or something else?
