[thash's eyebrows furrowed a bit at his comment about specters and his second life. Although he'd found this skeleton a little creepy and amazing at first, he was beginning to find him so hilarious and ridiculous it wasn't creepy at all.]
You're inviting me on your ship? [Thash gave him a skeptical look] I dunno about that. Call us rivals, opponents, enemies, whatever it doesn't matter... Our crews aren't really friends right now. So I have a hard time believing you'd really think of me as a 'guest'...how do I know this isn't some kinda trap?
[he wasn't sure but was guessing that if a straw hat showed up this close to their ship they'd probably be attacked, not welcomed. Personally he was a pretty paranoid and cautious person to begin with, so of course this seemed fishy to him...although he did tire of that line of thinking from time to time. Wouldn't it be nice if people really could get along and genuinely be as friendly as this skeleton appeared to be?]
[he also started to wonder absentmindedly if Brooke was getting tired, but then caught himself- if he was all bones, would he have any musicales to get tired?]
[after all this consideration, Thash looked up at the railing as he was spotted by yet another straw hat- Luffy. And he just instantly invited him on board as well?! Holy crap, this was a friendly lot. He stared up at Luffy incredulously] um...are you sure...?
[in his own world where he was often hunted he would never have taken up such an offer in a million years. But surprisingly his instincts were telling him that they really didn't mean him any harm, as hard as that was for him to believe]
