Who: Straw Hat Pirates, possible Bloody Roses Pirates
Where: Sailing log from 7/7- 7/10, Isla de Quarzo Rosa 7/10-7/12
What: The first leg of the race
Warnings: The usual
Status: Semi-open to the Bloody Roses.

Bloody Roses, how close we're sailing is up to you guys though probably not enough to just casually swing over without some ability. However, feel free to come encounter us at any time on the island!
Straw Hats, enjoy the veggie rain! Also remember our NPC pirates are Mama's Bone Boys who will attack us intermittently throughout the journey and send spies on board. Let's save the major boss battles til the finale, though, shall we? But otherwise, have fun!

7/7 All Day OTA!
A) Well, Brook hadn't gone through all the trouble of stealing a grand piano from the Navy Ball and bolting it to the deck of the ship for nothing, so for now he could be found playing it loud enough that both the Straw Hats and the Bloody Roses could hear the happy tunes. Feel free to talk to him while he plays, or shout requests at him, he's more than happy to oblige.
B) With a heavy torrent of vegetables pelting the upper deck, Brook had retreated below with the others, not wanting any onions to get stuck in his afro or anything. He found himself in the Galley chewing on a quick snack of left over calamari and rice as he waited for the odd storm to pass, so feel free to join him! Or yell at him for taking food when it wasn't dinner time. Either one really, or maybe both.
C) Choose your own adventure! Find Brook anywhere doing anything and strike up a conversation! Challenge him to a spar or singing contest! Ask him tips on how to maintain large heads of hair! Pick and choose to your hearts (or lack of hearts) content! Just remember to have fun with it~
Oh noes a spy?! Using Brooke's prompt, but OTA straw hats!
[at some point while he'd been out on the deck of the , Thash had heard some music drifting over on the sea breeze. They were pretty far from the , but his hearing was very acute and the notes seemed to float far over the ocean's surface. Still, the music was hard to enjoy from so far away...so he decided to get closer]
[The shark hybrid dove into the water and swam under the surface towards their rivals' ship. He stayed at a depth of 6 meters or so, so it'd be hard to spot him approaching unless someone happened to be looking at the water very closely]
[figuring most people on deck wouldn't be standing at the railing looking straight down, he surfaced with his head right next to the rear starboard side of the ship. It was more likely for people to be looking further out to sea, right? He stayed very close to the hull, his tail pushing him along silently at the same speed as the ship. From here, he'd be able to hear most of what was said on the deck if the music didn't drown it out]
[he'd stay there for quite a while. Sure, the Bloody Roses crew member would be listening to talk if there was anything worth listening to, but mostly the (CLOSET) musician wanted to hear the fine piano music being played. It wasn't his favorite kind of music, but it was cheerful and skillfully played and he liked it]

[A. During the course of the vegetable storms, the pirate pony takes to the deck, her horn crackling with power and the air thick with magical energy. Vegetables pelt down at the Million Merrily, only to get sucked into that magic and stacked nearly on the deck for later consumption or for Sanji's use. Mighty is the mare who moves the sun, after all.]
[B. When the storms relax, then Celestia takes her ease, lounging gracefully on the raised rear deck as she reads a book she'd gotten from the market.]
[C. Especially of late, Celestia has developed a nasty habit of staying up late and sleeping in late, quite possibly because she has literally never been able to do that in a thousand years. But this isn't simply leisure and luxury on her part. Those who choose to stay up late in their own turn can find her on the deck, with subdued yellow energies swirling around her in curious and complex patterns, while she works diligently on shifting said patterns while writing in a scroll that seems both unusually large and part of a set of several.]
C
Celestia's current activity is more than interesting; even knowing her powers, it's not every day she has energy swirling around her like that. And how the hell does a pony write, anyway? She's too fascinating not to bother.]

7/7 - 7/12 OTA
[A] While she was on Port Chance, she had been able to get her hands on a mikan tree sappling. As soon as she had gotten the chance, she had planted it in a spot where it could get all the sunlight it needed. She had been wanting to grow her mikan trees again and now she could. So she'll be watering it and checking on it to make sure that it's doing alright. So don;t damage it, or else.
[B] The course currently was from Port Chance to the cloud island of Isle de Quarzo Rosa. Nami was focused on getting them there. She had navigated them to one cloud island before and that's not sounting Skypeia, so she would again. But she had to focus on it, so you'll probably see her with a map open and figuring out what course of action to take while also checking for any weather changes now and again.
[C] There will be plenty of times where she's sitting on deck or is chilling out or working on her charts in the girl's cabin. So feel free to approach her during those times.]
A
B
[She's done her best to keep up with Nami's navigating lessons, though she hasn't felt particularly useful in the subject since Nami rejoined the crew. However, this race might be hectic enough that two navigators could come in handy.]
C When she's on deck
[So Smoker is just nearby reading, and occasionally fruitlessly trying to get his dog to play less with the Straw Hat captain.]
How do you stand him?
[That would be a question posed to Nami, albeit indirectly.]

So. Congratulations, Straw Hat Pirates, you've got yourself a new crew member aboard the Million Merrily. One who immediately starts wandering about until she finds the deck. She spins, skirt and braids twirling, her arms up, a grin on her freckled face as she looks up at the sails of the ship, and then out at the vast seas.]
I'm here! [She finds herself laughing and she runs over to the side to look down at the waves. Her grin settles into a small smile of contentment.] I'm really here.
[And being here means not only being with Elsa, who she's worried about since even though many of her crew mates had responded to her, so far Elsa herself had not. It also means Nami and Keimi, who were both so nice to her that she can't wait to hang out with them and get to know them better, to truly have them as friends. And the captain, who not only had been nice but had made her laugh, as well.
Really, though, she was ready to meet everyone. Absolutely everyone aboard the ship. And she couldn't wait to get started. She yells it louder, letting her voice carry in the wind as she shouts.] I'M HERE!

Yeah, that's right. Hearts.
He doesn't stay still for long, though. One moment he's giving her a lovesick stare, and in the next second he's a blur as he tornadoes his way over to her.]

After Anna has fun with everyone else
Part of her would be perfectly fine with keeping things that way. But it wouldn't be different from hiding behind a closed door and... It wasn't what she wanted. She is a pirate now, not a queen, she doesn't have any "duty" to uphold, she can do whatever she wants and be whoever she wants. And she wants to be free and to be with Anna. From what she heard on the journals it didn't seem that Anna hated her that much as Elsa had thought, but then again, maybe Anna was just reserving that for Elsa herself. She certainly deserved it.
Eventually, Anna ends alone and Elsa realizes that she really needs to step up her game and do... Something. She can't just avoid Anna the whole time, can she? No, she doesn't want to do that. But she has no idea of what to say or how to approach the other. Words, what are they? All the preparation and studies to be a queen and deal with politics served for nothing because there wasn't such a thing as a guide of "How to talk with the sister that has all the reasons in the world to hate you after you ruined her life for years". It is like Coronation Day all over again, except that she's sure that just "Hi" won't cut it this time as an icebreaker. Who is she trying to fool anyway, she can't do this, she creates ice, she doesn't break it! If she could do that none of the last thirteen years would have happened. She can't really go and act as if nothing had happened, as if the last time they talked wasn't a big argument, right? It would be wonderful if she could but... That's not right.
Actually, what if despite being okay with being on the same ship as Elsa, Anna doesn't really want to have anything to do with Elsa directly?
As Elsa hides behind a corner and tries to think of something to approach Anna and instead starts to fall into anxiety because maybe she shouldn't have said it was okay, maybe she should have gone with the idea of seeing is Ace would take Anna, maybe she should just run away... Small snowflakes start to fall around her, slowly expanding until they start to fall over Anna.]

[That and god damn his sensitive hearing. He's pretty jumpy already, but Luffy's usual antics induce yelling, and if it DOES get quieter, than pretty much any sound makes Smoker jump. Feel free to yell at him for yelling, or just scare the bejeezus out of him. Or try.]
[B: He's not exactly calmed down, but he does practice jitte quite a bit and offer to help Keimi learn how to use a staff weapon, so he might let others join in too.]
[C: Alternately in a futile effort to not be so high-strung Smoker keeps trying to stack rocks. This fails utterly though since nearly every time he gets anywhere with them, the puppy comes and knocks them over happily. He's pretty sure the pirates are putting the puppy up to it. >:|]
[D: And evenings and nights he doesn't sleep much, hanging out on deck in a tucked away corner, reading quietly and smoking.]
[Of course the better question might be just what the hell he's even doing here in the first place after all.]
A! On a day that ends in Y.
So Sanji didn't even realize yet that Luffy had dragged Smoker on board, he just kind of wanders past him on the way to the galley, and then pauses. He cringes for a moment, making a face at nothing in particular, and then backtracks until he's in front of where the other man is trying to pretend like he's part of the shitty ship or something.]
