We're probably going to focus on Great Celestial Beautiful Soldiers Fighting Force Go Island because REASONS, but feel free to start threads for other islands at any time. We also still might try our hand at going after the Corpse King, too. And if there are any weather shenanigans / crazy weekly phenomena that we want to play with, go ahead and toss up a starter for them as they come up! Just be sure to date and label your threads so we know what's what!

AND EVERYONE HAD BETTER WEAR A BLOODY BADGE. They're totally useful now since they're enhanced with Shield Charms! 8|b

[Ninja #2 is here, emerging from belowdecks where he sensed the sudden weight of foreign chakra (and an immense amount of it) on board, and coincidentally directly into the shark-man's path. He takes in the scene with a glance -- why does Itachi always end up around people who are at least partially sea creature -- and has his sword drawn in an instant, expression murderous.]

Get off my ship before I throw you off it.

[Well shit, he's hauling in the big fish now. Namur grins, chuckles, and drops into a crouch.]

Bite me, dipshit.

[Or, at the very least, dodge. Namur leaps forward onto his hands and sweeps his legs around, hoping to knock them off their feet.]

[Sasuke....

Oh well. Futo managed to take to the air just in time, but it helped that flight was as natural as walking was by this point. Yet, she was still at a loss, her first inclination was to return with fire, but that would probably damage the ship and make Itachi angry. She'd have to think for a moment on how to clear him off the deck.]

[There isn't a big enough facepalm in the world right now.

While he knows his brother's intentions are (ultimately) for the good of the ship, his hopes for a non-violent approach are somewhat dashed. Flipping back out of Namur's way, he forms a few quick seals with his hands. Ending this with the Sharingan might be easy, but he has no desire to show all his tricks here.

Several clones appear over the rail of the ship, water clones though they look just as solid as the real one. They grab for Namur with the intent of hauling him overboard. He looks like the sort of pirate who'd be at a large advantage in the water, but that's a better option to him right now than putting a few new holes in the ship on open water.]

[If Sasuke were the type of ninja to call something fightin' words, those would be. As it is, he's more the type of ninja to leap back and immediately crackle with lightning chakra, enough to fill the narrow hallway and keep the fishy-looking man from trying to sneak past without getting shocked.

He sees Itachi's clones at the same time as he starts forward to make good on his threat of throwing the man overboard, and since their goal seems to match his he shifts gears to pushing forward with the lightning instead. If the obvious intruder is going to be belligerent about being expelled, Sasuke doesn't want the damage to end up on the ship.]

[Well, that was disappointing. Namur swings his legs up, launching himself into a back flip to get back to his feet and- conveniently- there's another two dudes right within grapple range. He'd tip his hat in thanks, but he's too busy grabbing the clones' arms and spinning to give them momentum so when he chucks them both at Sasuke they'll have a bit of speed behind them.]

Smell like a shitty eel, anyone ever told y' that?

[Thatch better catch on that Namur's the distraction now and get looking for that token >.>]

[Watching the struggle and the chucking of the clones at Sasuke Futo decided on a plan. If dirt was on the deck... one simply needed to wash it off.

Those with the ability to sense the flow of Ki and Chakra might notice that that flow was drastically changing around Futo. The outside energies were syncing with her internal ones, something large was being pulled forth, and left unchecked a wave would be raised to clear the deck.]

[Though they're clones, they have the same amount of intelligence as Itachi himself. They un-form themselves before they can connect with Sasuke and slow him down, instead splashing into puddles of water on the deck.

The ninja readies a kunai in each hand, but doesn't make any other moves yet. With three of them in the fight now, one acting without keeping tabs on the others could cause a mess. They would need to be more in sync, and he'll have to wait for a better opening.]

Worry less about what you smell and more about getting the hell off my ship.

[They're on the open deck now, though, and Sasuke notices Futo's chakra changing just in time to anchor himself to the wood with sticky chakra against the flood of water that sweeps across the deck out of nowhere, pulling the remnants of Itachi's clones with it.

He angles his sword at the ready, waiting -- much like Itachi -- for the next move that will decide just how much violence is on the horizon.]

[At first, the wave seems to have worked. Once the water clears, there's no sign of the fishman.

Then like a bullet he dives from the rigging overhead, aiming to knock Futo unconscious, and out of the fight.]

[Dodging was a skill she knew well, it was the basis of danmaku which was so loved in Gensokyo. However she was not quick enough to dodge properly, instead resorting to defence. She had enough time to cast a defencive spell, but not enough time to fully form it. The force of the dive sent her down hard and winded, but of yet to be unconscious.]

[That was enough. He would not be responsible for further injury to another crewmate through inaction.

The ninja creates a few signs with his hands, but they don't actually mean anything. They just have to look like they do. The genjutsu he activates doesn't require them, but it causes it to look and feel as though he's set the area of the deck around their intruder on fire.]

[Chakra flares, but it looks like Futo's spell doesn't come together quickly enough. Itachi's chakra blazes up in the next second, Sasuke's eyes deciphering the intent -- a good idea, given how much time they'd spent repairing the ship the last time they'd done serious damage to one.

He lets Itachi work on the genjutsu for now, instead blurring to where the blue man has tackled Futo and sweeping his sword toward the man's arms, aiming mostly to get him away from Futo. She looks dazed more than seriously injured, which means if Sasuke gets her clear they can still take advantage of her magic.]

[The blue skin turns a lustrous black that bleeds into his long sleeved t-shirt as he rolls with the girl, grabbing for the neck of her shirt to pick her up and headbutt her. He doesn't want to hurt her any more than that, so it'd be most convenient if she just went to sleep for awhile. Futo- and consequently Sasuke- will find that Namur's arms, head, and torso have become harder than metal. Whether his forehead connects with hers or not, Eel-boy poses a larger and now more immediate threat. The sword itself glances off harmlessly, but if there was an electric charge to it- well, he'll definitely be feeling that. Shit, that's gonna be a problem.

Zapped or not, he shifts his weight to smash into Sasuke. A swordsman will always win in a game of reach. It's best- in Namur's mind- to close in and overwhelm. If he can get Eel Boy off balance before Barrel Boy (who is just a barrel of fun on a good day, he's sure) does something it'd be best. The air starts getting hot around him and he thinks there might be flames but he doesn't smell or taste anything burning. Did Ace decide to show up after all? Hell, that'd be convenient.]

[The nice thing about the kariginu style outfit she wore was that it was loose, loose and nothing more than a billowy outer garment. Slipping out of it before the hit landed wasn't particularly hard, though it was a very last second dash, rushing her adrenalin up as she quickly took to the sky, at a greater height than she was at last time. Now it was time to hit harder.]

Saint Girl "Sun Goddess's Sacrifice"!

[Diamond shaped balls of energy and sealing charms fill the entire area of the deck. They formed intricate patterns with little room to move through, any contact with them would result in a sapping of strength and mild damage. Her comrades however would find the objects pass through them harmlessly though.]

[Having fought Futo before, Itachi isn't aware that her attacks won't hit him as well. As such, he does his best to avoid the projectiles also.

The genjutsu remains in place, and with an attack this widespread he doesn't see the need to add further to the confusion. He does watch the invading pirate through it to catch his next move.

Working in tandem with other crewmates is still a new experience.]
