Manju is a meat bun. But not just any ol' meat in any ol' bun! You gotta mix the meat and vegetables inside just right, and then the special dough...you steam it, and it makes this awesome bun that's sweet on the outside but filled with delicious meat inside.

It's the kinda thing that takes a lot of fiddly steps. I was never able to get it right, but I only really know how to stick things over an open fire to make food. [hang on...] ...what cook?
