Hello, Nami.

[She gives a slight smile.]

I may have to change into something different before going for a swim. Leather armor and sea water is not exactly a comfortable mix.

Why do you need to wear anything at all? All you're doing is going for a swim, that's all.

[Nami doesn't really understand the reason behind needing clothes. She knows that humans use it to stay warm or keep, but why does it matter if the clothes get wet?]

I'm not wearing anything besides a few pieces of armor.

[Makes total sense.]

[Rose smiles as she stands up.]

You always wear just a few pieces of armor, Nami. Unfortunately for me, leather armor tends to get very stiff after being wet.

[And it's a pain having to rub oil into it just to get it flexible again.]

[She goes to the ship. A few minutes later she comes back wearing a bikini]

[Nami notices the Rose's state of undress and...]

That's what you wanted to put on? You might as well be wearing nothing at all!

[Human clothes are weird. Does that even count as clothing? Nami isn't really sure.

At least she didn't say you looked fat.]

[Well a fat comment won't bother her. She just shrugs a little as she enters the water.]

It keeps the important parts covered to keep my modesty intact, and there are not any loose pieces of fabric that will drag me down.

[Humans have "important parts?" Nami wonders what those could be, but that might be a question better left for another day.]

Well, as long as means you're ready to go in. So come on, let's go!

[Rose gives a bit of a smile and goes into the water. Once she gets deep enough she dives under the surface and resurfaces further out.]

The water does indeed feel nice.
