With the nightmares finally subsided, the Spades weigh anchor at the next island. Thankfully, the entire thing is full of water parks! Your generous Commanders will find a way to work out a deal with one of the medium sized parks on the waterfront for an extended stay pass- discounted, of course, since they'll be buying in bulk, but if you want to go to the other ones you'll do it on your own coin- or have to sneak in. Make sure to read the island description, there's a TON of things to do here! Catchalls, dated threads, etc, whatever. Just jump in, have fun, and to hell with fiddly particulars. I have no idea how long we'll be here.

[Rose can tell that seeing the fish in the tank was upsetting to Namur, so she decided not to share her thoughts that she found the Aquarium fascinating. Instead she nods some]

[Namur drops his arm over her shoulders but he doesn't pull her close. She's likely to have seen him walking with Thatch or Marco in this way. Protective but not possessive, a clear connection between the two but nothing romantic.]

[Rose is not use to such contact. In fact, the last guy who put an arm around her shoulders and tried to walk away with her, she ended up punching. But she knows that with Namur that it isn't a big deal, so she forces herself to relax.]

[Namur gets the door to the sushi place, poking his head in for a second, then standing back so she can walk in first. It's not the nicest place one might imagine, but it's clean and smells of deep fried fish and chips.]

[Rose chooses not to reply to the statement and continues on inside.

[The way the restaurant looked didn't seem to bother her. She's been in far less appealing taverns in the past, after all. She goes over to the bar and has a seat.]

Ohhhhkay. Went belly-up on that'n. Damn.

[He blushes a little and runs his hand over the back of his head as he ducks into the restaurant one shoulder at a time and strides up to sit next to Rose at the bar. He has to sit two stools over, though, because otherwise he'd crowd her out of her own seat.]

They oughta jus' put normal stools at these things 'stead a these ones stuck t' the floor. Humans don't design shit thinkin' there might be people made differnt gonna use it. Though... guess it makes sense 'round here. Sheheheh!

[When the barista approaches, nervous but not as surprised as one might think, Namur asks for some fresh-made sushi, as well as anything to drink that they might have in a glass bottle, then nudges Rose's shoulder to let her know she can ask for whatever she wants. After their orders have been given, he spins on the top of the stool just for the hell of it, then leans backwards on the bar, his dorsal fin coming dangerously close to upsetting some glasses set up on the other side.]

[She also orders some sushi and some tea, since she really does not drink alcohol. Then she turns her attention back to Namur to answer his question.]

The stingrays were quite interesting.
