With the nightmares finally subsided, the Spades weigh anchor at the next island. Thankfully, the entire thing is full of water parks! Your generous Commanders will find a way to work out a deal with one of the medium sized parks on the waterfront for an extended stay pass- discounted, of course, since they'll be buying in bulk, but if you want to go to the other ones you'll do it on your own coin- or have to sneak in. Make sure to read the island description, there's a TON of things to do here! Catchalls, dated threads, etc, whatever. Just jump in, have fun, and to hell with fiddly particulars. I have no idea how long we'll be here.

It is very tempting to want to touch Leanne's wings, and she does keep staring at them, but she's pretty sure that it's rude to ask.

"Nah! It could be a secret!"

She wouldn't mind if Selphie wanted to touch her wings at the moment. The water felt good and relaxing. She giggles and nods.

"I like that.... It will be our secret."

"Perfect!"

Selphie closed her eyes and took a deep breath, just enjoying the warmth and the aromas. She opened an eye and glanced over at Leanne again, focused on her wings.

"Uhm, is it weird...if you get your wings wet?"

Leanne just lets out a soft giggle and closes her eyes. It was so easy to get relaxed in Selphie's presence.

She blinks at the other girl's question and shakes her head. "No.... Not really but then again, I am a Heron and we do like being in the water as much as we do being in Serenes."

"Oh. I guess that does make sense."

Selphie looks at Leanne's wings a little longer, admiring the way they look so shiny and soft.

"Are they like...a duck's feathers? Y'know, all waterproof and stuff?"

She giggles and looks at Selphie staring at her wings.

"You can touch if you want...."

She blinks and tilts her head. "I guess that they are like that....."

"Really...?"

Selphie edged round the side of the springs so that she could be a little closer to Leanne and her wings, though not creepily close. Then, very carefully, she reaches out a hand to stroke Leanne's wing, much in the same way she strokes Marco when he's getting cuddles in phoenix form.

"Oh! They feel nice! So soft!"
