Meeting of the Minds
Who: Everyone who chooses to participate
Where: Breakneck Cay
When: December 5th
What: A summit to get down to business and get this situation sorted out, L-Elf-style
Warnings: Possible violence?
Style: Any
Status: Open
Upon arriving on Breakneck Cay, if you can navigate the shoals safely and find safe mooring, you'll notice that the beach is more or less abandoned unless you count the countless shipwrecks an snarled piles of debris strewn across the shore. If you approach the jungle, you'll notice a makeshift sign pointing towards a path leading into the trees. There's a lengthy note tacked to it with a detailed map, an exhaustive list of rules and etiquette for participating in a military summit, and probably more if anyone actually got past the part with the map.
The meeting is to be held in a strangely silent clearing. Upon arriving, you'll find L-Elf sitting on the huge stone in the center, fast asleep. It's immediately obvious that this is not a social occasion or it at least wasn't planned by someone with any idea how to make guests feel comfortable. There's nowhere to sit except on the ground and definitely no refreshments. It might be a good idea to send someone back to the ship to pick something up if you want to make it through this thing.

He was rambling. Probably anyone else would notice that something was bothering him, but he was fairly secure that he could get away with it with Roxas. The kid was sweet, but not always super quick on the uptake.

"He has bells on him. He's good, I like him!" He glanced around as if to look for him. "I'm sure he'll probably do some talking...well maybe. If I'm right. Or maybe he just wants to hear everything?"
no subject
"What kind of fights have you been gettin' up to?" Jesse pushed a little at his shoulder, a little teasing, a little scolding. "You gotta watch your back, kid."
no subject
"Hmmm, we had this thing with the Navy not that long ago. I did okay. It's a little different but I guess if I get stuck I can always use my magic. I used to fight all the time so I'm really used to it. You know what Gan Ning told me? He said I have a huge bounty. Bigger than the crew combined!"
no subject
"...You know he was talking about your..." Jesse indicated Roxas's chest, not incredibly comfortable using his typical phrasing at the moment. "Right? This guy got a little thing for you or something? Lea know about that?"
no subject
Although that wasn't a lie, Roxas had a wanted poster and everything. Dead or alive, the Navy wanted to get their hooks into him.
no subject
"No- look, he's commenting about the size of your..." He indicated his chest. "You get that, right?"
no subject
Roxas looked down at himself curiously. "Does that kind of thing matter?"
no subject
Unless he asked for it. Maybe then. It was hard to not see the kid as some kind of little brother. It made him miss Jake a little- not that his actual brother would ever listen to him this much.
no subject
"People know I'm not really a girl though." He said, as if that solved that mystery. "Oh and I asked Lea about what you said." Even though Jesse told him not to. Of course he did, Roxas had a big mouth.
no subject
"You, uh, what?" His mind was racing. What had he said to Roxas about Lea? Was it horrifically bad advice? It probably had been. "What I said?"
no subject
Roxas had the grace to blush lightly though, a little embarrassed about the conversation he'd had with Lea about that.

"He said he thought about it sometimes, but it's not happening."
no subject
He ran a hand through his hair, shaking his head. "Sorry, dude. That's a tough nut to crack. I mean, he obviously wants it, he even admitted as much... but there's something holdin' him up."
no subject
It was just another thing he didn't know. Although he'd processed some other things that may help him, he just hadn't gotten there yet. "He said it's kind of a big deal."
no subject
He crossed his arms, frowning. "See- I'm not gonna pretend I was any better about hooking up with a guy twice my age, but at least I admitted it to myself and didn't fight it and shit."
no subject
"Um, well I think he means more like I wouldn't even know how to have sex if I wanted to."
no subject
"Come on," he coaxed, almost anxious. "It's not like sex is hard... you just follow what your body tells you to do."
no subject
"I never did it so I don't really know what I'd do...if just doing it is how to figure it out, I don't think Lea's going to go for that."
no subject
"So..." It was one of the most awkward things he'd ever said. "You're saying... you need someone to tell you about sex?"
no subject

no subject
Huh. Could he really do that? Lea didn't want him to and it was probably a bad idea and honestly he wasn't sure he would do something like that.
"I didn't even think of that. I wonder if I'd remember it more though. I think someone explained it to me before but it was a long time ago and I forgot."
no subject
He shook his head, running a hand over his hair. He could feel for Lea right now.
