What happens in Deesuko Ballia...
Who: The crew of the Katabami
Where: Deesuko Ballia
When: February 1st - Valentine's-ish
What: General crew log
Warnings: Mawwiage
Style: Any

It's party time on Deesuko Ballia but things get a little out of hand and the brave crew of the Katabami find out that sometimes partying too hard can have serious consequences.
In other words, apparently this is a harem anime now.

Yes! You like adventure, you're a good friend and captain, and you like pets.
[Clearly the basis of a solid marriage right here.]

[He was certainly good at promoting himself.]
And you're a lovely independent lass who can cook and manage the pets and hold your own in a fight and...and...
[There may well have been more things he could add to the list, but he's gotten distracted by the bright lights of a wedding chapel.]
That's quite interesting looking, isn't it?

Oh, there it is!
[She hopped out of his arms and . . . ended up in an undignified heap on the ground with her butt sticking in the air.]
Ouch!

Don't get too hasty. You need to get through the door in one piece, after all.
[He considered picking her back up and hauling her in, but decided instead to be the gallant future husband and offer her his hand instead. Carrying her through the doors like a sack of potatoes probably wouldn't give the people inside the best of impressions, after all. Not that he particularly cared, but Kodachi was a lady and ladies tended to get very picky about that sort of thing.]

Where's the door . . .
[She almost walked right into another married couple, though it was only because she was holding on to Motochika's arm that she managed to steer away.]
[A glass case of rings greeted her at the jewelry shop outside the chapel, and they had quite an assortment of rings, from the tasteful to the gaudy.]
Oh! Motochika-san! Oh! Could you - would you - a ring?
no subject
[He leaned over the case of rings and examined the merchandise. His first choice would be to take the whole thing, but that would need to be done on the way out rather than the way in. If Kodachi wanted one now, he was going to have to buy her one like a normal person. That, of course, wouldn't prevent him from stealing the rest later if he remembered.]
Any one in particular you want? There's a few with roses on them, I see. You like those, don't you?
no subject
That one!
[She pointed it out to Motochika, beaming at him with a silly grin on her face.]
no subject
If that's what you want, then that's what we'll get!
[He returned the silly grin and forked over the coin for the the ring. Kodachi was happy! He was happy! Everyone was happy! This was turning out to be a really good idea! And they were even going bowling later!
Whatever that was!]

You're supposed to put it on my finger after some words.
[Whatever the words were, well, she couldn't remember at the moment, but surely the minister would tell them.]
You're the best, Motochika-san!
[Positively beaming, she grabbed his hand and staggered into the chapel, where they were next in line to get hitched.]

[This was a brilliant idea. He was happy, Kodachi was happy, there were rings to be stolen, and it looked like someone was setting out champagne. Hopefully that was free, but he could shell out a little bit of money if it wasn't. He wasn't terribly fond of the taste, but it seemed like a shame to pass up fancy booze on a special occasion.]
[ooc: And then they got EVEN MORE DRUNK. Should we continue with the actual wedding or just leave it here and continue with the aftermath?]
