"Well, that's something. At least you know you're not going to be blind forever." She cleared her throat, preparing herself for the next bit, "Thash says you took a blow for him, in that fight. That was...nice of you."

Faye nodded encouragingly, not that Grell could really tell. "Yes. I want to be completely pampered."

Grell sighed softly. Of course Thash would say something to Faye. "Nice, or idiotic. It was a strategic point to be in. I wanted Hawtrey's head." It was all in a day's work, in her opinion.

"Then let's set sail for a more tropical climate. We need to head south, regardless, for treasure." There had been some time since Cynthia had given them a clue about a treasure haul, but they had been a little busy to do anything about it. Hopefully it was still there.

"Okay, okay. Poor sharky thinks you were being nice but you were being 'strategic'. That's okay. I get it." Despite the slight tease in her voice she did actually get it.

"Ooh, a tropical climate with pampering and treasure. Life doesn't get much better than that. With plans like that I could almost get used to this sailing stuff."

Grell rolled her eyes, but had a smirk on her face. "I'm glad you do. Now, we should have a talk with Arthur about our much needed vacation!"

She sighed wistfully. "I can already feel that warm sun and even warmer hands upon me~!" Her hands go to her cheeks. "I can't wait!"

"Good. I feel like every time we get the chance to relax, something stupid comes along. Like some jumped up pirate who thinks it's okay to kill kids, that sort of thing." Faye is clearly not very happy about that - especially when she's doing things with nothing by way of reward.

Faye pulled a face at Grell, raising a brow, "You can keep the warm hands part to yourself..." Because while she was probably just talking about a massage, she didn't really want to think about what else her captain might get up to.

"Ah~? Do you prefer the cold and clammy sort~?" Grell was definitely teasing. "Better be careful. I doubt this world would be lacking in that department."

Was she trying to say Faye now has a preference for fishy men? Yes, indeed she was.

"Cold and clammy? Why would I -?" Faye cut herself short, suddenly understanding what Grell was getting at. "You're talking nonsense, Grell. Is your eyesight doing something to your brain?" That's it, Faye, just be outraged in denial.

Grell just may start putting fish heads in weird places, just for Faye. She grinned brightly to Faye, enjoying this turn of tables.

"Oh, I doubt that! I'm considered crazy, remember?" Of course Grell knew what people said about her, and she won't deny it. Better to keep them in fear of her, after all.

"Right. Exactly. Talking like a crazy person. I like hands to be perfectly warm and not-clammy, thank you very much." Faye just stood there with her arms tightly crossed over her chest.

"Oh? I didn't think Thash's hands were that way," Grell said, truly looking a bit confused at what Faye had stated. She'd have thought his hands were cold and clammy.

"Thash's hands are warm. Maybe a little rough but in a good way. And not clammy." Faye was perhaps a little quick to defend him there, and she cleared her throat and glanced away. "Not that Thash's hands have got anything to do with anything.."

Color Grell surprised! Her grin definitely got wider.

"They have everything to do with where we're going! Maybe he can help with your sunscreen~!"

Faye just frowned at that big grin, shaking her head slowly. Though the thought of him helping with sunscreen wasn't so awful. "Hmm. Well. Perhaps. I'm sure...he'd be kind enough to help...if I needed."

"I doubt he'll let anyone else help~!" Grell was still grinning, because she remembered all the trouble those two kept getting into, on Faye's behalf no less.

"Huh? Well - why not? I can get whoever I want to help with my sunscreen. Or I can just do it myself." Seriously, Grell, what's with all the grinning? It's freaking her out...

She was grinning because she will keep these statements for later use. Like blackmail.

"I doubt your arms are that long. You'll miss a spot!"

"Fine. Like I said, Thash will help. Or some other person." Totally trying her best here not to make a big deal about all of this.
