Grell | January 5th | Midday: The Docks

[The crew just docked at the island, and after making sure everything is secured, Grell makes her way off her ship. She's not quite sure where to head off to first. Greet the captain of the other crew, go shopping, or mingle...

While she's thinking, Grell is standing on the dock, looking over her vessel with slight worry. She pushes back a lock of hair before giving her ear a light scratch.]

Dave Strider | January 5th | The Docks, In The City

[Coming off of the deck of the Bloody Roses' ship, Dave hovered and flew for awhile before touching down on the pier. He wore a gigantic set of headphones with the Apple logo on them, clearly a piece he made for himself rather than official merchandise.

The important thing to know was that he was blasting Cypress Hill on his headphones loud enough for everyone around to hear, his aviator sunglasses also lighting up with the Apple logo. Apple hadn't patented EITHER of those products. He was dressed up as plainly as possible--jeans, a long-sleeved red and white tee and bright red sneakers which were actually borrowed...]

...Man, this island looks shitty already.

[Gosh, she could hear his music from standing a few feet away from him. Of course the best thing to do is throw a rock at him!]

The PINKIE PIE CATCH ALL THREAD!! January 5th: Walking down the city streets!

[Because she totally deserves her own thread!

Pinkie is rocking a neat pair of goggles with a gold finish while hopping around the island. Gummy is also with her, with a spiffy gold monocle as his special accessory. Her mission is to find some glitter and anything else really cool and shiny!]

Hey, Gummy! Maybe we should get a new saddle pack! Or a wagon! We can't keep carrying back our stuff with just our mouth all the time! We'll lose teeth! [She blinks before laughing.] Well, I'll lose teeth!

[Right, baby alligator. No teeth.]

[Here Roxas was, minding his own business and wandering around having a look when he sees a pink horse hopping down the street. Wow. It's little, but it looks soft. Curious, he turns around and starts following after her. He's never seen anything like it. She looks all puffy too.

He gets as close as he can and reaches out to touch her tail.]

[Once he gets close enough, she stops in mid air, her tail twitching and her body shakes before Pinkie spins around and sees a hand in her face.

INTENSE STARE CONTEST BEGINS!!]

[Roxas is startled and he jumps back a bit. Then he gives her a nervous smile and raises his hand in greeting.]

Hi?

[She gives a bright smile, too!]

Hiya! Whacha doin'?!

[Hey, she talks like the rainbow one!]

Well I saw you go down the street and I thought you looked really soft so I kind of followed you. Ah, sorry.

[He scratches the back of his head sheepishly.]

That's a really WEIRD reason to follow somepony! Haven't you ever seen something soft before?

Hmm...I don't think I'm that soft, anyway!

Well, not really. The brown haired girl on my ship has a stuffed bird that's soft and our bird pet Xifer is soft. I didn't really see a lot of animals before. Oh and I met a pony like you that has rainbow colours.

[He holds out his hand.]

Can I see if you're soft?

Oh, you mean Princess Celestia! She's really great! Did the bird talk?! I know a girl who's looking for a talking bird!

[Blinking, she looks at the hand, then back at the boy.]

I guess so. BUT NO WEIRD STUFF!

That might be it. No, Xifer doesn't talk, but he likes sunflower seeds.

[Pleased, Roxas pats her mane a moment before pulling back his hand. It isn't as soft as he thought, but it's soft enough. It's not unlike his own hair.]

Huh, that was interesting.

[Now he can say he touched a pony.]

[The petting went better than expected, and nopony got hurt! HURRAY!]

Was it?! What was interesting?! Did you find any secrets?! [GASP!!] YOU CAN'T TELL ANYONE ANY SECRET YOU FIND!!

[Well he wasn't going to hurt Pinkie Pie.]

I didn't find any secrets, I promise! It's just a lot like my hair, I think. It's the same kind of softness.

...really?! CAN I TOUCH?! PRETTY PLEASE?! I promise to be really careful!

Sure, that seems fair!

[Roxas grins at her.]

[She claps her hooves together and then gets REALLY SERIOUS! Slowly, a hoof reaches out...so...slowly...until it reaches one spikey part of his hair.]

...oh! [It's not that sharp! Pinkie touches another part before withdrawing.] Wwwwooooowww...it's really soft!

[He giggles a little, that kind of tickles.]

Yeah, kind of. It's like this naturally I think. It was like this when I appeared and it's never changed.

I think it's really neat! Don't change it!

I'm Pinkie Pie! And this is Gummy! [She points to her head, even though Gummy was on the other side of it.]

Thanks! [He blinks.] What's Gummy?

My pet baby alligator!

[Gummy is definitely staring at Roxas with that monocle.]

[His eyes are wide, wow an aligator? What's that? He moves closer to Pinkie Pie so he can get closer to look at him.]

Hi Gummy. You seem nice. What does Gummy like to eat?

[This is the perfect moment for Gummy to try and bite Roxas' nose! But he has no teeth!]

Anything! He likes cake the best, though! Especially birthday cake!
