Since the business with the witch, the Shepherd has been docked in Isle Impieze, as they work to sort out the repercussions of these events.

[jaune is definitely wandering around the deck of the ship! he's getting a good feel for things before they take off to the seas once more. he's actually just.... leaning over the side now, staring into the waters.]

I...I hope I don't get sick...

[he's reaallyy hoping he doesn't start throwing up like when he was on that airship. sure, it was a combination of a bunch of things back then, but he was mostly nauseous due to motion sickness.]

[Hello crewmate. Finnian is for once taking a break, wondering the deck as he was soon spotted the there and knowing it wasn't someone he had spoken to before made his way over.]

Hi there. You okay?

[jaune just groans, still gazing over the side of the ship.]

Ugghh... just waiting for the inevitable embarrassment that's soon to follow with me being on this ship, yup.

[He tilted his head curiously. What problem could there be really?]

Do you not like ships or something?

Okay, ships? They're fine. Motion sickness, I could definitely do without!

[he's too afraid of getting ill on this thing... blughhh....]

Oh, so you find it difficult to travel in general?

[Poor guy, he didn't understand motion sickness as he never had it himself, but he knew it could be bad.]

Y-yeah... it's really hard and just embarrassing.

[he groans.]

I've been called Vomit Boy before!

That's not very nice for something you can't help. [He pauses.] You can't help it, right?

Of course not! It's a pretty serious illness for a lot of people, you know!

[totally true man.]

[A serious illness isn't a good thing, he at least knew that.]

I wonder what brings it on. With illnesses there is always a cure, right?

Ehh... no, afraid not. Especially with something like this, hahaha....

[he'll never be rid of it.]

But hey it'll be okay! I'll just have to lie down when we're on the seas.

Then you must lie down a lot considering.

Well... only on vehicles and stuff. Other than that, I'm totally okay!

[Guess who else is leaning over the side, looking kind of green?]

I hope I don't get sick either...

[Even that short journey to Isla Empieza had her woozy. It's not the first time she has sailed, but being on a real ship with its rocking motions and all is way different from being on a giant, sturdy landship that can float.]

[slowly jaune glances over, noticing anise.

A-Anise!? [he hasn't seen her since they were separated that day!]

[And she doesn't look up, not seeming surprised at all.]

Hey, Jaune.

[She's gotten on the ship just before the assault on the fortress, and had noticed Jaune when he joined, but had hung back, wanting to surprise him later.]

[The sudden bout of seasickness put an end to her grand plans, though, and now she just stares miserably down at the ocean.]

[...Well, okay, so she isn't really that sick, but it's fun to exaggerate!]

[is she okay?! he doesn't know she's exaggerating either. jaune turns to her, kneeling down beside her even.]

Y...you gonna be okay?

[DON'T BE SICK.]

[She flops dramatically to rest her head on the railing, arms dangling off the sides.]

I don't think so. I can't believe this...

Y-you gotta keep it together!

[JAUNE IS WORRIED ;A;]

Don't fall apart on me!

[And she groans theatrically.]

I don't think I can make it... Jaune, you'll take care of me, won't you? You'll have to protect me and it'd be pretty helpful if we could share our items and stuff...

[By which she means 'Jaune you'll give me all your stuff won't you?']

I can do that!

[he stands up.] Yeah, I can totally do that! We can share!

[Hook, line, and sinker! She perks up immediately, going to try and twine herself around Jaune.]

My hero! My prince!

Wha-...?! Hey wait!

[WHAT IS THIS?! wasn't she sick just a few moments ago?!]

I thought you were seriously ill!

[Oh, uh, whoops! She lets go, deflating immediately, her shoulders slumping.]

I was, but...

[Perking up again!] You made me all better!

Did I really...?!

[he pauses....

OH WELL! he just smiles at that, laughing along with her.]

Yeah you're right, I guess I did!
