[He watches the green guy vanish into fridge-land again. Well, with that handled, Gaius will just sidle back over to where he's left his jar of honey.]

Yep, guess you can say that. Can't say I've ever even heard that word before, either.

Tech is short for technology. Which--you know I'm sure you have just not to our level. Technology can be everything from a deep space telescope to a printing press depending on the time frame. Even the wheel can be defined as a technological achievement. It's really all in how you look at iiiiit

[last word is strung out as he accidentally electrocutes himself and twitches a bit before finally able to relax, a faint puff of black smoke coming from the open hatch]

[He glances over, a spoonful of honey in his mouth at that point as he arches a brow.]

[comes out of the fringe, his face smudged here and there with black and the trailing end of his mask on fire though he doesn't seem to notice it]

We maaay have to invest in either more copper wiring or another fridge.

[Removing the spoon from his mouth, Gaius couldn't help but frown a little at that news.]

Aw, seriously? I doubt those things are cheap. Although if we had copper we might be able to figure something out....although I'm sure that would require a lot more equipment than we have on board.

It wasn't like I did it on purpose... I just don't get how it runs and what it runs on. There's gotta be a generator somewhere but I really don't want to mess with the Nav Sphere until I know exactly how it works.

[realizes he's on fire and pats it out absently]

Onn the plus side at least we have ice? hahaha

Ice only lasts so long. 'bout how much copper wire you think we'll need? That sounds like the cheaper option at the moment.

Well I might tinker with it eventually. The more we know about it and how it works the more we can figure out how to use it on our own terms. Maybe even opening a dimensional portal.

As for copper wire, as much as I can reasonably get. We probably won't need that much for a simple fridge repair but you never know when that sort of thing will come in handy.

I'd prefer that if any new portals get opened up, it's one leading to places we'd want to go to.

[Closing the door on the cabinet after he replaces the honey, Gaius looks back at Donatello.]

I'll see what I can do about the wire, then. I'm going to be kind of annoyed if any of that food spoils in the meantime, though.

Don't worry. So long as we keep it in a cool dry place it should be fine. Anyway haven't you heard that fresh fish is best?
