[her voice is good enough and the song makes him laugh, loud and clear across the water. It's his kind of song and just perfect for her and himself, too, really. He's already rearranging the lyrics in his head.]
Frankly, my dear, I'm shocked!
[but he leaned in a little closer with a wide grin]
[She lets out a hearty laugh of her own, swatting at him teasingly.]
It's just a song. As if I'd ever spend an hour snuggling with a man named Master Andril, or Brelan. Honestly they've got to have better names than that.
[She leans back, letting her hair fly in the wind, giving Thatch a grin of her own.]
And would you now? Well...you'd have to sing for it, you know. Then I'll consider it.
[he thinks about this, whistling a few tunes to get himself started and thinking, and then a rollicking bright tune]
I sail along the bright blue sea, my bonny girl at my side I would fight the storms for her and I would fight the tide.
O Chandra dear, of fire red hair and passions deep inside Will you make the boat a bed with me and let the blanket be our sky?
[and before she can answer he holds up a finger]
If not, I'm sure I will not die But let me ask of you this A bottle full of sweet red wine... [he draws out the note a little] and from your lips a kiss.
[She listens to the song in silence, bobbing her head in time with the tune and smiling. The fact that he's taken the time to get her away from the rest of the crew, out on a boat, with food and wine...and to change around a song for her? Well...that's a lot more than most men have done for her.
Pointedly, she doesn't laugh. Instead, she picks up the bottle she'd brought, and leans in close again, one arm snaking around him.]
Is that what you really want? [Her tone is low, husky, and not at all displeased.] Heh, you still haven't given me dinner...but I'll think about the first request.
[And then she kisses him, pressing her lips to his with a fierce tenderness and a happy chuckle in the back of her throat.]
[he leans into that kiss, putting a hand at the small of her back and pulling her a little closer, giving her another kiss before she can pull back completely, tender and lingering.
He pulls back and chuckles, stroking a finger along her jaw, watching her eyes]
I'd suggest the wine, but it has no comparison in taste.
[She laughs, muffled by the lips in front of her so it comes out deeper than usual, grinning the whole while. When he pulls away, she playfully nips at his lip before she lets him go, eyes dancing with delight. The hand she has around him goes higher, slowly rising up to the center of his back.]
Well, if that's the case, I wouldn't want to spoil it...
[She pulls him in again for another quick kiss, this time letting her tongue flick out and lick his lips.]

But a song, hmm?
