Leanne giggles at Selphie's reaction and despite the fact that it was she that suggested it in the first place, found herself to be a little shy, wrapping a wing to hide her body before entering the water. "I am glad that it is to your liking, Selphie." She submerges briefly before slowly rising out of the water, wings glowing a little flaring out behind her.
A small smile towards Chandra as well as a small amount of pride fills her. "And you as well."
"Yeah." Selphie grins and agrees with Chandra, "Much nicer than having to sit in that little old tub on the ship. I mean, I'm pretty small and it doesn't seem big enough!"
So she stretches out her arms for emphasise, treading water with her arms moving in circles around her, enjoying the space.
"Thanks for bringing us, Leanne!" But then she sees her wings glowing, and it's so pretty that Selphie can't help but give a little applause.
Turning to the blonde woman, the young pyromancer nods back, extending a hand. "Well so long as you don't mind bathing with a stranger. I don't think we've met, blondie. I'm Chandra."
And...back to Selphie...
"And speaking of that, maybe with a bit of work I could rig up a sauna room. When we get back, y'know?"
She makes for the water herself, slipping out of her leather tunic, totally unconcerned with modesty. It's not really her way, and if the other girls...or one of the boys...wants a look, whatever. It's the others who are the prudes.
Leanne blinks at the extended hand but then remembers her old captain doing that as a greeting and slowly offers her own, smiling. "I shall do my best not to mind but yet what a better why to get to know one another then this? And I am Leanne and even though this isn't quite my home but.... I shall welcome you still to my home, Serenes. It is my highest honor and pleasure to meet you, Lady Chandra."
But then, she couldn't help but to blush a little at the applause. "You are welcome and it is no problem. As I told Lady Chandra, this, almost everything about it is the same as my own home forest. Think of it as properly welcoming you here. Now both of you relax and enjoy these waters. You will be the first beorcs to ever bathed in these waters."
It felt good and nice to be able to share something like this with her crew. Though whoa! Chandra! How bold of you to be like that! Leanne could help but to stare a little before giving Selphie a playful splash.
Selphie, though the first to get into the lake, hadn't been quite so bold, or so modest, either. She'd gotten used to the idea of hotsprings before and besides, it was dark, and she'd been able to slip into the lake without much fuss.
"So this is just like where you come from, huh? It's really pretty." And it made sense to Selphie now why Leanne had an aura of serenity for so much of the time. "And it's super relaxing." She was taking a deep breath with her eyes closed when Leanne splashed her. She squealed a little, then returned the splash straight back again.
Chandra shook her head as she stepped into the water. "No lady, just Chandra. I'm about as far from nobility as it gets...and I want to keep it that way." And just because she caught Leanne staring, she wiggled her hips and displayed herself a bit.
"And if the water's cold, let me know. I'll warm it right up." And with that, she hops in, sinking a ways before coming back up for air with a laugh. "But I think this is absolutely divine..."
Normally she would keep her mouth shut but since it was just ladies here... "You beorcs are so strange, not wanting to be called by that title. But I shall try and call you without it." But she giggles and dips her wings into the waters.
She turns to Selphie and smiles fondly. "Yes, that is correct and I thank you for your kind words." Some things were missing like the villages and the palace and the old ruins but overall.... Yeah, it's exactly like her home. She giggles and raises a wing to block Selphie's counter attack and gives her a few more splashes her way.
S;KJAFKJFBBFAB; Chandra! Leanne couldn't help but to blush quite a bit at the display and moves to splash some water towards her. "H-H-How could you be so bold to do that?" Splashing right now. But stops at the offer and shakes her head. "I do not believe that it would be needed but I thank you for the offer."
Selphie laughed softly at that. She wouldn't say so right now in front of Leanne, but she knows that asking her to completely drop the 'lady' part wouldn't last for long.
"You're welcome, Leanne!" Selphie swam backwards for a moment, ducking under the water before bouncing back up and splashing a small wave towards Leanne and Chandra.
"Hey, at least Chandra is a girl again. I don't think we'd let her walk around like that if she wasn't!" She smiled at them both, apparently quite amused with the whole situation.
Cackling, Chandra kicked towards Leanne, dipping underwater to avoid the splash from Selphie. The winged girl had just made herself a target, and it was going to be a god-given duty to tease her. She'll pop up right next to the blonde and lean in real close, making sure to cover nothing at all.
"How could I be so bold? You're the one that was staring, sweetie, not me."
She'll get back to you, Selphie. For now, she's fixated on making Leanne blush.
