Mayhem at Malihini
Who: Straw Hat Pirates and Guests!
When: 20th-26th
Where: Malihini Island
What: feasts! attempted cannibalism! exploring! shards! making out! awkward sexual tension!
Warnings: Just for the crazy
Status: Open to anyone in the area
Have fun! I'm gonna put up threads for the food'n'fight group and shard findin' group. We do have a map which Robin possesses. You can drop in on either or stay on the ship and guard it or just have fun on Malihini! You know, whatever. :)

[There's an adjoining island to Malihini, connected only by a skeletal coral reef accessible only during low tide. Once across, the fun begins. Robin finds a sizable boulder and lays the map out on top.]
From here, I suspect the map itself won't do us much good. However, here along the side is a message:
The great koi fish with stony stare
Swallows the treasure hidden there
Follow the throat but beware beware
Of taking more than you need
Great dragon bridge across ravine
When you step, choose black not green
Or the last you hear will be a scream
And fiery death, so take heed
Water flows down bottomless hole
X marks the spot to treasure, gold
Take what you will, but you’ve been told
The danger that comes with your greed
The power you seek, you’ll find around
The head of a king, and in his crown
But tarry too long and you’ll be found
By those hungry who wish to feed
This is likely a list of traps, so we'll have to stay alert. Any questions?

None on my part. The message emphasizes a lot on not taking too much treasure, though.
[And she assumes that they will move together rather than split into pairs. It would help to cover more area, but there's only one map and they are already few as they are.]
If the last verse refers to the shard then that means that it's being used as part of the ornaments in a crown, right?

As for the shard's location, let us mind potential interpretations as well.

[Still, if they need help, he'll switch over to help clarify things, but for now, he wants to leave it to the "rookies" to figure it out themselves.]

We'll prioritize the shard, of course. Gems and jewels over coins. The four of us can carry out quite a bit without burdening ourselves, and survival is more important than treasure- even the shard.
[Robin folds the map, then rolls it up tightly, stashing it in its hiding place once again.]
I've done a bit of reconnaissance while we've been here. I suspect the first clue, the great koi with stony stare, is just on the other side of that hill. Shall we?
[Robin points the direction she intends to go and, once met with everyone's approval, heads out along the stony shoreline at a quick pace. Sure enough, as they skirt the hillside it begins to take the shape of a giant, gaping koi leaping from the ocean. Celestia and Marco will have no problems getting up to the mouth of the cave, but Robin and Elsa have quite a climb ahead of them.]

Do you want me to see if I can create a platform that will rise us up there? Or is it better if we don't use our powers too much yet?
[So as to not attract attention and such.]

You are not so heavy that I cannot simply fly you up, you know. And you as well, Robin, if we are holding back from any great displays.
[She has no doubt that Robin can simply pass herself up the cliff, hand over hand over hand, but that would be fairly blatant. On the other hand, alicorns are not the picture of subtlety, nor are phoenixes...]
