Have fun! I'm gonna put up threads for the food'n'fight group and shard findin' group. We do have a map which Robin possesses. You can drop in on either or stay on the ship and guard it or just have fun on Malihini! You know, whatever. :)

[Oh, the natives want to invite them to a really big party? Okay!

Except, the others are still searching for the shard and whatever treasure might be hidden on the island, and Zoro is concerned that if the natives knew this, they'd try to stop them.

So, you know, it'll be a real sacrifice having to distract the natives by attending their feast and keeping their attention away from the shard-hunting and the Million Merrily. Such a hard task! So difficult! How will he and Luffy ever cope?]

Zoro, 20-22

[The first day, this just seems like an island paradise. A really great place to sit and relax. Warmer than the surrounding northern ocean, strangely tropical, and no sign of candy anywhere. This place? Is way better than anything they've landed on since Safario. Zoro is content to nap on the sand or explore the edges of the jungle with anyone who'd like to wander, though he's also interested in hunting. They need meat, and any animals in the forest are literally fair game as far as he's concerned.

But then, they run into some of the natives, who might have spotted the ship before it made landfall and eventually came looking for them. They're friendly, if wary, and openly offer to share their food. There's no stores at which to buy supplies, no restaurants, but locals who want to cook for them? All right! Their sake is good, at least, and gives Zoro more of an appetite. So, no offense, Sanji, but he'll be happy to take their hospitality in exchange for not using up more of the ship's dwindling supplies.

Hunt with him, party with him, or sit on him when he's napping!]

[Elsa spots Zoro walking towards the jungle and walks to intercept him before he actually enters. Offering him a slightly nervous smile as most of the times she attempts to initiate some interaction. She's getting more and more comfortable with the crew, sure, but it's still hard for someone who has spent more thirteen years avoiding the majority of the people.]

[Speaking of dwindling supplies, Marco comes bearing gifts!]

Shard Hunters

[The natives have been pleasant and their food is to die for. But after a day of rest and learning about the lore and culture of the place the boys will be able to take care of themselves, she's sure Robin catches certain crew members' eyes and nods.

It's time.]

[If asked, Elsa will say that she's definitively getting used to live on the ship. It's not much and it's quite a slow way of adjusting, but she's doing all she can to do so. To be comfortable and not haunted with worries.

However, whatever comfort she has managed to reach doesn't extent to people outside of the crew, much less to island natives. The welcoming surprises her even if she knows that there are islands and ports that welcome pirates as much as any other crew, and that they even do business with them. The most surprising part, though, is that the natives don't seem to be interested in doing business with them, there are no stores for that and the food that they prepare for them is free of charge. And very abundant. Very, very abundant. There's a point in which she feels as if she's being stuffed on purpose and she doesn't appreciate the natives insisting on her having "a bit more".

So when Robin finally gives the signal that it's time to get to the business that brought them to the island, Elsa is quite relieved and happy to go. She's sure that the natives mean well, but just because Luffy has a bottomless stomach it doesn't mean all of them are the same, and she's not the party type either. At least not yet and with so many people. And so she moves quickly to join Robin while trying to call the less amount of attention. Leave the others to have fun and eat as much as they want, the party will probably be still going on once they return.]

[almost any given day you can find him exploring the island, though at some point he's going to drag back a large fat jaguar that he'd got while it was eating a deer and then trying to eat Luffy. He'll be on the ship dinner and after, though, if you'd rather meet him there]

[Robin is in the forest, resting in a hammock made of overlarge palm fronds strung up between two trees, idly flipping through the magical journal- though she's got the sound turned down and is merely reading the written notes. She doesn't glance up when Luffy passes by, but she's certainly seen him.]

Sanji catchall~ 4/20-4/25

[Whether anyone noticed or not, the Million Merrily's food supplies were really starting to get stretched thin during their last few days of sailing. The meat stores in particular were practically gone. Sanji did a good job of avoiding outright telling the crew that, though. Partly because he didn't want them to worry, but mostly because it wasn't a situation he couldn't handle -- even if that meant getting creative with menus and maybe sliding his own protein portion onto Luffy's plate instead.

ANYWAY, so now that they're on land and can hunt and shit, Sanji's main task for the first few days is going to be getting their supplies back up to where they're supposed to be!

4/20-4/23: You can find him on shore, cleaning and slicing up any animals that people out hunting might bring him and preparing the meat to be stored away on the ship. Also gathering fruit and such in his spare time.

4/24-4/25: He's still hanging around the ship, now that Zoro and Luffy are back, but expect him to be a little more distracted and a lot more pissy because those two are idiots.

4/26: He'll probably be disappearing to go the Navy Ball on Saturday, sooo yeah! Not here.]

[After he and Elsa are back from finding fresh water, Zoro goes back out hunting, knowing there's game out there and keen to do the dirty work. He comes back late in the afternoon dragging an antelope by the horns, grumbling a bit about the ones that got away.]

There's gotta be something bigger out there.

[Still supporting Zoro Luffy makes his way into the clearing. He looks tired and is staggering a bit, naked except for a pink sarong tied around his waist that's covered in blood from one side from the bleeding wound just in front of his arm, sliding from his chest to waist. Zoro looks a lot worse, bleeding from multiple wounds and with a spearhead still in the opposite shoulder. There's a definite blood trail behind them.

He spots the cook easily enough]

[The deck of the ship is covered with string going to places only Pinkie knows. At the end of each string is a rock designed to hit any intruder in the face.

There IS a path to walk through safely, and Pinkie would have made it known, of course! So nopony can blame her for not giving adequate warning!

Meanwhile, Pinkie is asleep, under the strings.]

Kai, near the end of the stay

[Kai has been restless over the past week, not quite knowing how she should act around the crew. She's excited to be leaving but at the same time she knows that it's not going to be an easy thing to do. She knows there are people on board who probably won't miss her much and people she'll miss a lot, but she isn't exactly certain how to approach anyone. In her own world, things like this were pretty clean cut. No one thought twice about leaving to serve in other campaigns under different commanders. You might have one lord you were loyal to, but political power was an ever shifting thing and today's ally was tomorrow's enemy and vice versa. Here, though, with these people, everything is completely upside down and backwards from what she's used to.

Currently, she's busily packing up her things and searching the boat for things that are supposed to be hers, but that have found their way into places they really shouldn't be thanks to Luffy or Pinkie or any number of other crew members or guests over the past few months.]

[if she searches the infirmary room where Zoro's been asleep for the past couple of days, Kai won't find anything but a swordsman wrapped in bandages snoring away. He's been out so he hasn't heard that she's leaving them, but he'd be disappointed if she didn't say farewell. He likes her, well enough. And by now, he's only sleeping out of boredom rather than necessity - easy to wake up with the slightest noise]

[is making his way to maybe get a snack from the galley when he spots Kai and watches her absently picking his nose] Yo. What's up?

[If she comes looking in the galley trying to find anything of hers that went missing, she'll run into Sanji! He's at the stove, stirring a large pot of stew and humming lightly under his breath.]

Marco Catchall // 4/21 onward

[A: Arrival Marco gets there on the 21st, bearing presents of course. His old man would never forgive him to forget those kind of old school pirates manners he was taught decades ago. No Redbull for Luffy from Ace though, that was part of Marco's present for the Straw Hat crew, if not their captain. So early on he goes around making the rounds and saying hello to the various crew members he's familiar with. And maybe the ones he's unfamiliar with too.]

[B: Bedtime At night Marco switches into a flaming blue chicken that he claims is a phoenix form. He's taking the Ace version of sleep however, which means conking out on deck, on high places, and sometimes just on top of people. Including maybe you?]

[C: Chard Shards As for looking for the chards, mostly Marco is making and sketching maps. Lots of maps. Feel free to catch him at that too.]

[D: Dancing And somehow Luffy conned Marco into teaching him how to dance. Oh boy. That should be fascinating. Join in! Maybe you'll learn something, or laugh.]

[E: Everything Else Did you know that Marco actually came here to take Robin on a date? Seriously. So somehow or another he's going to try to get that in there. SOMEHOW. Along with getting the maps to Bepo, trying to get Keimi to come back to the Fishman party Namur is throwing, and everything else. Actually being that busy reminds him more of home than even Ace does. It helps that Luffy is somehow even more exhausting than his big brother.]

[Thanks to the quick and skilled care from his crewmates, Zoro is going to be just fine. He might have a few more surface scars for a while, but for now, he'll just be ruing his drinking games with the natives.

He's asleep entirely until sometime late on the 25th, likely in whatever passes for the infirmary, but after that he's open to receive visitors. If he looks asleep, just poke him. He might not be. He has a lot to think about, and the bandages wrapping his right shoulder hide a wound that turned out deeper and more painful than expected.

Stupid damn cannibals.]

[Just happens to be in the room when Zoro finally wakes up, which really is mostly just bad timing on his part, he hasn't been camped out in the infirmary or anything stupid like that.

...At least not camped out much.

He just checked in on Zoro after breakfast. And lunch. And now with dinner out of the way and nighttime falling, he doesn't have much else to do.

SO HERE HE IS.

Sitting on a chair nearby and idly flipping through his journal. He'll leave in a minute, as soon as he catches up on all the latest entries. Yep.]
