Manly Drinking Times
Who: Marco, Thatch, Logan, Namur, Roxas, Vyse, Chandra, Natsuno, and anyone else who wants in on this drinking game
Where: The Sun! And the Moon! And all the ships in between
When: Sunday May 4th, pursuant to this hilarity
What: MANLY DRINKING TIMES
Warnings: Ehhhhh ARRRRR For Rum. And drinking. And war. And fuck who knows what else, remind me to update if needed.
Status: OPEN!!!
Marco quickly set up a couple of kegs at the ready for the drinking party. Because it was just plain necessary, and a lot like old times. The last two weeks were still weighing on Marco's mind. War, Peace, phoenixes. Was it a good idea to really enjoy war so much? Was it a bad one? Maybe it was inevitable, so he might as well enjoy it. Like life, right? Or should he not encourage it just because it was amusing?
It was too much of a headache, that's why he was just going to drink.
He also set up some non-alcoholic drinks for Leanne and everyone else. Green tea, fruit juices, but they were all clearly marked.
Marco gave a quick piercing whistle. "OI SPADES! Roll call and drinking games!"
And maybe drunk board games, he would blame that on Ace though.

"I wouldn't mind making a trip back there sometime in the near future. Spade territory now, right? We should check in on it for a bit." From his pocket, as he spoke, he pulled out two cigars, offering one up to the other.
no subject
"Aye, we should. But if we're lucky our next port of call will have a decent bordello. No need to overuse just one." The whole world was their sandbox...whether they liked it or not.
no subject
"Clearly it's your job to keep these places, all over, in business." He teased. "I'll help whenever I can."

That... however, that made Logan bark a laugh, grinning at the man and his civic duty and Marine wives. "You'd think they'd learn by now. Let a real man handle their woebegone wives while they chase your crew mates around the seas, huh?"
no subject
"Oh aye. There was... oh Regattaya. Cute little island. First part of the Grand Line so full of upstarts both pirates and Marines, but one specifically was Commander General of some ritzy low security prison. His wife, Pomgranata... gorgeous in the quaint sort of way, bouncy hair, well figured, lips that could suck ink out of a squid." More nudging in the ribs.
"Barely had to flutter my eyelashes at the poor lass and she was slipping the key into my pants... which, let me tell you, took a hell of a time to get out." He laughed.
"Had to shake it out through a leg and then get it with my teeth. You don't even want to know what it tasted like. Anyway so I went to thank her as a good man should and she sang like a bird and obviously hadn't had any in years. She was softer than a cloud island... So I might have gotten too comfortable and I'm just waking up about ten in the morning to hear the Commander come marching home-- So I throw on my clothes, give the lady a kiss goodbye and dart out over the rooftops only to realize I'd put on his pants by mistake!"
He whacked Logan in the shoulder and laughed. "Imagine! Trying to get away from a bevy of annoyed Marines wearing pants so bright orange they could strike a man dead just from looking at them too hard."

Still. At the end he was laughing loudly, picturing the guy in orange pants. "Lemme guess, they were a bit too small for ya? Made it harder to run the roof tops with out splitting the ass open?" He mused.
no subject
"Maybe I'll show you the scar sometime if you ask pretty." And he blew a kiss.
no subject
"I've been shot in the ass before. I know how that feels. I'll pass on the scars. I'm sure you have a good ass too, but I'll save that sight for the ladies who love it."
no subject
"All in all it isn't a bad place to stay." It wasn't home. Would never be. Could never be. How could anyone love a copy of the real thing? You couldn't. You just learned to deal with it.
no subject
"Naw. Not so bad here." It was better then home for him. He actually loved this place more then home. There was a difference between the two of them. For him this was... this was good. This was close connections and family and a life that he liked not a life he had to suffer through. "I think I could grow to like it here."
Honestly, he already had.

"Maybe we can find a few lonely Navy women between us, aye? Sometimes they even want return calls."
no subject
"You know, I ran into more then a few tense ladies at that ball. I'm sure there are a few out there we could keep company. Maybe one with dark hair..." He's got a thing for dark hair lately. He left his red haired phase with Jean, and started a dark haired phase lately.
Lets please do forget that Faye has dark hair.
no subject
"Same color hair as your Loganberry sweetheart, perhaps?"
no subject
“Perhaps. And she’s not my sweetheart. Nor is she ever going to be.” He said, a finger raised to point at him as if to scold him. Then he snorted. “Safer for her in the long run.”

Ug, stating that felt stupid. He'd fallen for someone back home fast too, and look where that got her? Held hostage by crazies and possibly dead. "She's actually better off sailing under Grell then around me." God, why can't he stick to one night stands and brothels.
