INTRO LOG: MAY 2014

WELCOME NEW CHARACTERS!
Have an intro log for the month of May!

Who: Any and all new characters, as well as anyone hanging out on or around Isla Empieza!
Where: Near the fountain in the town center.
When: New characters will arrive around May 10th! The log is good for as long as you need it.
What: You've just been dropped on your head in a weird new world. Time to figure out what the heck is going on!
Status: VERY OPEN.

It's a brilliant May day, with blue skies and a soft breeze as you wake up. Everything about the otherwise grubby pirate port you are in speaks of spring. There are flowers surrounding the fountain, draping in colorful garlands over railings and balconies and tucked into all corners. There is a certain cheerfulness to it all and those in Empieza seem friendly and welcoming (to those who've been there before, they are far more pleasant than usual).

Feel free to throw your characters here if you need a place for them to get situated and start figuring things out! Start new threads, tag into others, meet the people who might just become part of your crew! Older characters will be in and out, too, depending who is on the island at the current time.

"As of now? I'm unsure," he huffs a laugh at the boy's wanting to know if Shakki was coming, then stops and shakes his head. "I'm sure if she was, that we'd all have our pockets empty."

"You can come with us if you want." He didn't know if Ray wanted but they owed him too much for Luffy not to say something. "I don't think they'll let you stay here. They get really mad if you try."

Which might be okay for him, because he was a pretty strong guy, but it might be hard after a long while.

"Haha we ran out of treasure anyway so that's okay! We need to get more soon but I wanna go somewhere exciting!"

"Are you offering to become my new Captain, Luffy?" He can't help but find that rather hilarious, so he doesn't hide the laughing and nods slowly.

"I'd be glad to, might as well go with something I know how to do. And if anything, it's follow Ds." He sets a hand on top of Luffy's head, grinding the straw hat against his head in a mock up of a noogie. "I mean, if you'll have a old man, of course."

"Haha yeah! You'll always be the man who follows the Pirate King." He feels cool just saying it, feeling a chill go down his back knowing that he must have a thousand stories about Roger! Each cooler than the last!

Rayleigh noogies him kind of and he laughs.

"shishishi Of course! We've got an old man anyway! Brook is older than you are!" Even if his afro wasn't white, he was dead so he'd always beat anyone in the oldest competition.
