[Did that girl just say the Avatar? Once pulled to her feet, Asami brushes down her dress to get the dust off. She's still a proper lady even as a child]

I'm Asami. But are you really the Avatar?

[Well she did just burn part of the door...]

Can you waterbend too?

[Biiiig grin, then Korra's off down the hall and around the corner and back in ten seconds with a pitcher of water... probably taken without permission.]

Here, it's best when you set something on fire, then I can put it out with waterbending!

[Ooooh. She's never seen an Avatar before, especially one around her age. And she's about to go along with Korra's plan...until Korra gets to the part about setting stuff on fire.

KORRA NO]

I mean...I want to see waterbending and everything, but the fire part sounds really dangerous. Shouldn't we get someone?

Nah, we don't need anyone! Watch-

[Korra sets the pitcher down on the (WOODEN) floor, and takes a stance. She huffs, preparing herself, then shoots a little spit of fire onto the floorboard (GENIUS). Only a moment later, she whips a tendril of water from the pitcher and easily douses the fire.

Potential crisis averted.

Korra is looking mighty pleased with her little trick. She stands up, hands on her hips as she watches Asami and awaits praise.]

[Luckily for Korra, Asami thinks this is all pretty awesome. Bending was amazing in general and the fact that she managed not to engulf the ship entirely in flames is also a plus]

That was great! Can you do it again? [Paaaaauuuuuse] Can you earthbend too? Maybe we should find some rocks.

[rebonding]

Yeah, I can earthbend!

[Her desire to repeat the trick is, just like that, replaced with the need to prove her earthbending prowess.]

Come on, let's find some rocks!

[There must be some on this ship... Actually, there definitely art, simply because big!Korra and Bolin brought some on for ammo.

Okay! I think I know where we can find some.

[And just like that she points in some direction and tugs on korra's arm before letting go, moving in that direction. To the storage rooms! Or at least that's where they always kept stuff in the factories back home, so logically it should be the same on a ship, right? Right?]

[rebonding]

[Korra skitters down the hall after Asami toward the storage room. She yanks open the door, and...]

ROCKS!!

[A pile big enough to be useful but small enough to not slow down the ship. Giggling, Korra springs into one... head-first... and cracks it in half.]

[So they were there. Asami claps her hands together and then follows in after Korra, skidding to a halt when Korra dives into the rocks head first]

Hey be careful! Are you okay?

[She'll try to help her up]

[rebonding]

Of course I'm okay! I'm the AVATAR!!

[...Asami already knows that, Korra. The tiny earthbender yanks herself to her feet with the other girl's help and reaches for some pebbles from the debris pile she's just made.]
