[And yes she does dare. Because really, Namur kind of frightens her at this age, but he also looks like he could be some sort of spirit. So the only thing to do is investigate.

Cautiously, of course. Little Asami keeps her hands bunched up and close to her chest as she carefully makes her way over to the sleeping fishman. She gently pokes him when she's close enough and immediately takes a step back, shutting her eyes just in case he wakes up in a rage]
