Look, I might be new in town, but I've seen some insane shit in the 20 years I've been alive. Mankind can travel to the depths of space, use magic, live side-by-side with aliens, and there are ancient vast libraries that can grant wishes.

All things considered, is this the most weird thing that's ever happened here? I'll tell you right now, I've looked back in these journals and crazy things seem to happen on the regular.

I've actually never seen a real one, this close. We've largely moved on to laser cutters, where I'm from. Seems like a fire-arm would be a lot easier to wield.

I mean, with something like that you're pretty much confined to swinging in arcs.
